樂坦別墅飯店(Hotel Villa Letan)

Met een rondreis georganiseerd door TUI de eerste + de laatste 2 nachten. Een zelfverklaarde 4 sterren hotel waarbij het de eigenaar in zijn/haar bol geslagen is. Idioot hoge prijzen voor consumpties, beperkt dinner buffet en eenvoudig ontbijt. Smaak is overigens prima. Zwembad ziet er goed uit. Afstand tot strand 20 minuten. Handdoek en parasol bij het zwembad tegen betaling. Eenvoudige gedateerde kamers. Erg schoon. Het hotel heeft airco maar vind 25° niet warm genoeg om die aan te zetten. Zweten in bed of opgegeten worden door de muggen.

I recently stayed at a hotel that claimed to be a 4-star establishment in Peroj, but my experience left much to be desired. It seems that the services were intentionally kept at a minimum threshold, and my overall impression was far from that of a 4-star quality. Upon entering my room, I realized that the hotel's claim did not align with the reality I encountered. The room, located in the basement, had a pervasive humidity issue, making the air uncomfortable and damp. This, coupled with the fact that I left something behind in my room and the hotel staff claimed they couldn't find it, added to my dissatisfaction. The bathroom experience was particularly dreadful. The front and shower cabin doors were visibly damaged, leaving me questioning the establishment's overall maintenance and cleanliness standards. This stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and it's disheartening to think that a hotel would provide such subpar accommodations under the guise of being a 4-star facility. I feel compelled to share my experience to alert other potential guests. The lack of attention to detail, the condition of the room, and the seemingly intentional disregard for guest comfort paint a concerning picture of this hotel's commitment to quality service. I hope my feedback encourages the hotel management to reevaluate their standards and make the necessary improvements to live up to the expectations of a 4-star establishment.

Albergo carino, camere ampie con arredo un po’ datato, personale ottimo, cortesia ottima, colazione buona, cena basica ma buona, piscina ok, ma la cosa stupenda è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità quando per il nostro gattino abbiamo dovuto partire in giorno prima, ci sono venuti incontro non facendoci pagare nulla per il gatto e non ci hanno neppure fatto pagare i teli mare, abbiamo anche ricevuto in regalo una bottiglietta dell’olio che producono, grazie mille siete bravi e professionali

Hotel muy aceptable. Buena atención y habitaciones, en un pueblito muy tranquilo con el mar a 20 minutos andando. Nos pareció muy relajante. Las cenas y los desayunos, aceptables. Tiene nevera y las camas son cómodas.

This should not be rated as a 4 star hotel. There is a feeling that everything is deliberately provided to a minimum service threshold. Inadequate air conditioning (really just noisy fans). I asked to change rooms but told hotel was full which it blatantly wasn’t. Rooms are small and don’t have any of the extras you would expect at 4 star, working fridge, soaps, shampoo, air conditioning. Staff were ok but gave the impression they weren’t happy about being there either. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so they pretty much have a monopoly on food and drinks which are definitely more expensive than other hotels in the region. Breakfast was a pretty sparse affair as well, big buffet serving area with little on it. I have to say rooms were very clean, WiFi worked and the swimming pool was nice, which is what I assume they use to pull the hotel over the 4 star line. Just a shame every aspect you would associate with a high quality hotel has been stripped out, apart from the price. Avoid.

Ich war hier für eine Woche mit meinem Lebensgefährten und wir sind positiv überrascht. Sauberes, ruhiges Hotel mit eigenem Pool und Restaurant. Frühstück haben wir dazu gebucht, das war auch gut. Gab sowohl kalte, als auch warme Speisen. Cocktails gibt es auch, sind auch lecker und günstig. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent, nehmen sich Zeit für einen und haben auf jede Frage eine Antwort. Haben uns auch über Ausflugsziele beraten. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Fazana/Pula oder am Meer. Zimmer sind etwas klein, jedoch für den Preis in Ordnung- inkl. Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Balkon. Ich persönlich bin am meisten vom freundlichen Personal begeistert. Können teilweise auch Deutsch, Englisch sprechen alle fließend. Haben vor allem in Fazana schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Personal gemacht-unfreundlich, langsam, nicht kundenorientiert,…- das kann man hier nicht behaupten. Dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Einfache aber sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierter Check-in/out. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent Lunch We needed a refuelling stop on our bike ride into Pula. We had an excellent lunch which gave us the energy to finish the ride. We had the succulent well seasoned chicken with roast potatoes and sour cream dressing and the boys had pizza. It was worth straying from the cycle route.

Clean and convenient rooms, delicious food at breakfast buffet as well as in the restaurant, super friendly, attentive and helpful personnel throughout all areas (cleaning personnel through to management). Strongly recommended to return as soon as possible 😉
