Beautiful historic hotel! Great location to Civic Center for our event. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient. I'm glad we got there when it opened because there was a long line Saturday morning when the hotel was booked. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were short staffed Saturday for breakfast and the lobby needed a good vacuuming but overall it was a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Hotel is disgusting and doesn’t provide anything. Way over priced for what you get. No parking included, no fridge in the room, says you get a king size bed, we only got a queen. Rust and mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain. For $200+ for a room, I expect something nicer. This room was so small and disgusting, I will never return and hope this review turns down people looking to stay here as well..

Stay was good. Front desk busy with only one attendant - short wait to check in and out. Parking Fee $15.00. Nice - very close to venue (Peoria Civic Center). Walk outside or inside on catwalk.

The hotel was fine and the desk staff were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. Location was convenient. However hotel room could have been better: One light was burned out in bathroom, evident dust under mirror along ledge in bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in long time, and rather bizarre somewhat disturbing artwork of bird with 8-ball standing on playing cards. One lady knocked on our door to ask about housekeeping with no uniform or namebadge and wearing street clothes that I found rather unsettling.

The process for a 4:00pm check in was an hour behind schedule. The bar to get a beverage or snack did not open until 5pm. Many of us waiting, asked the staff opening the bar area if they were able to serve, and the staff was not very pleasant. The mattresses left all us in pain. There were three towels available for four guests. The condition of the hotel was average. Not worth the money spent for the stay.

Stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was small but nice for a relaxing time. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall great stay

It was all about price. ********** charged us $269 for the room. The day before I left I was looking for the hotel address and saw the hotel was only $179. I tried to get to ********** to change the price and they wouldn’t. The hotel rom is very small but fine and clean and the staff is very nice.

The hotel was very easy to find where you needed to go, also the service was great straight to the point and very helpful. Room was very nice and clean, no issues at all.
