We really enjoyed our stay at Abbey House. The B&B was lovely and clean and our room was very quiet. The owner also gave us some great recommendations for places to visit for dinner. Our full English Breakfast (included in the price) was excellent too. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who is thinking of staying in Penrith and it's an excellent choice for anyone wishing to travel to the nearby Lake District.

A lovely B&B. Super easy to find and just a short walk to town. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent location, warm friendly welcome, comfortable bed, home made scones waiting in our room, good attention to detail, good breakfast - no complaints at all. Interesting town to walk around, a few restaurants to choose from.

Very welcoming, Vickie was a fantastic host. Room was clean, bright and well equipped, as was the en suite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.
