Checked in 9PM. At first everything was fine until I went to use the bathroom. When I opened the toilet lid, the toilet had dried fecal mater on the walls of the bowl. I went to the front desk and interrupted the desk clerk playing with his cellphone. I informed him of the situation and showed him the photo I had taken on my phone. He said that there was nothing he could do, he was all alone. He said I can give you some cleaner and a rag. I ended up cleaning my own toilet. I returned the cleaner and rag to the front desk. He stopped playing with his cell phone long enough to tell me that he was going to report the incident to the supervisor in the morning. That night there was no need to set a alarm, the whole motel was woken up at 6:15 AM by the fire alarm. When people went out in the hallways, someone from another room told everyone that they had spoken to the front desk and someone had set off the alarm by mistake. But it couldn’t be turned off until the fire department had arrived. When I checked out at 9:00AM there was no one at the front desk, just a box that said express check out to put your room keys in.

The hotel room was incredibly dirty , carpet stained , heating and air condition system not working and loud. Breakfast not up to standards -

I have two complaints: 1. When I arrived, I discovered that there were only three sheets of toilet paper in the bathroom. There were no reserve toilet paper rolls in the room. It was only a minor inconvenience to go downstairs and ask the check-in clerk to get me another roll of toilet paper. It might have been a minor emergency if I had with me in the room a young child or other person who could not wait after a long trip. 2. The bathroom was cold. and there was no heating unit in the bathroom. I did not want to take a hot shower in a cold bathroom. I solved the problem by turning up the heat to 75 degrees in the bedroom and keeping the bathroom door open for about 45 minutes until the bathroom was warm enough. Since the bathroom shuts automatically whenever it is opened, I had to prop the door open with a chair or something. Every bathroom should have a heating unit. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean and quite comfortable. The cooked breakfast was good - fruit, oatmeal, omelettes, sausage slices, breads and a toaster, biscuits, etc.

Rust on tub drain. No stopper for drain to take a bath. Stuffed rag n drain. Picture/artwork in bathroom disgusting. Had ahat looked like snot & fecal material smeared on it.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Room was clean, but hallways needed attention with trash sitting at the elevator door.

It was a great place to stop, convenient, and Daniel at the front desk was so helpful. I had some loud neighbors and Daniel just called them and they quieted down. He always asked if everything was ok and actually everything was fine. Room was comfy and I slept well. Although breakfast was only average.

I checked in and it was dark. But what I could tell the area was very nice. There are several options for dining and are in walking distance from the hotel.

Overnight stop on way to Boston; loved the location, hotel, and nearby restaurants!

Our first visit was so great that we decide to stop here on our return trip!
