It was our first time staying at Premiere Pekanbaru, the room was a bit lack of lighting but beside that everything was satisfying, from the time we check-in until check-out, the staffs were all nice, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom was pretty good. Toilet wasn’t pretty accessible to kids around 3-6 years old who can already potty on their own because it’s using bidet instead of jet spray, and using bidet is uncomfortable and lots of hassle for kids. We visited the Swimming pool but we noticed that it was very dirty, I don’t know maybe because it was night already? Breakfast was pretty good and delicious, lots of varieties we can choose. Location is good so it’s easy for us to order things via online 👍🏻 overall it was a satisfactory. Thanks premiere, we will come back to stay again next time. Ps : thanks for the thoughtful thing to do like providing small playground area for the kids 😄

王子酒店上週是一家非常優雅的酒店..設施很好,很齊全..位置很戰略..我喜歡在這裏閒逛,因爲它非常緊湊。1.要去酒店外的購物中心,咖啡館或餐廳,非常緊湊..設施也很豪華,很漂亮,桑拿也很寬敞,健身中心設備齊全,設備寬敞,不會後悔在這裏閒逛,所以對你們來說,不要覺得便宜我每週到訪時 都會讓我感到舒適的王子

房間寬敞,即使我們入住2人。房間有沙發和工作桌和椅子。牀很舒服。洗手間的設計也特別,哈哈,衛生間和房間之間100%透明玻璃🙃便利店就在對面,位置好!

我在 Grand Zuri Hotel 住了 2 晚非常愉快，酒店的位置靠近購物中心，靠近食品供應商，乘坐公共交通工具和在線交通工具很容易到達。酒店的清潔也通過區分非吸煙樓層和吸煙樓層來保持，酒店游泳池也經常打掃，所以很高興看到游泳池的景色和北乾巴魯的景色。非常滿意的酒店服務，酒店工作人員隨時準備提供幫助以及友好、完整和令人滿意的酒店設施。如果我再次入住，我會再次選擇入住 Grand Zuri Pekanbaru

Untuk room memuaskan bersih ,nyaman ac dingin ,kebetulan kuta diroom 516. Sarapan nya oke lah menunya bervariasi.dan pool louange nya kren abis suasana nya santai bangat ..kali kedua kesini blm pernah mengecewakn lah..dan terima kasih buat mass ricky yg sudah layani dan meminta review ini dengan sangat baik.sukses buat primpark

Kamarnya bagus, nyaman luas, kekurangannya AC nya nggak dingin dan kamarnya tipe lama itu aja sih

As a first timer who stay in The Zuri Hotel i had a great time during my stay here! Well mannered and friendly staff, nice room, good location great ambience and DELISH food! One of the best hotel in Pekanbaru i must say. Highly recommended.👍👍👍
