Deberían de aser algo para mejorar el mal olor en las avitaciones huelen horrible llegamos y no aguantábamos el olor tan malo que tenía la avitacion abrimos la puerta como por una hora eche de mi perfume por toda la avitacion y ni así se fue ese holor tan feo no entiendo aque holia se miraba todo limpio pero holia muy mal

No nos dejaron entrar ala alberca en la tarde y en la mañana no nos pudimos meter porqué la habrian alas 2 pm y el precio decia 225 y m cobraron 291.33

Quick easy check-in and a huge comfortable room with patios. Breakfast and a pool. Would def stay again.

The room was nice and breakfast was tasty. The only issue was slick floors in the bathtub and the handle in the tub is only attached to tub insert and not the wall. Its VERY unsafe.

The staff was amazing!! The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. Thank you

Michelle the lady who checked me in was very helpful she even had to bring in her own wi fi to check people in. That is a value able asset to your company.

Quiet and nice hotel with friendly staff. The included breakfast is good and they hotel is pet friendly which was nice for us.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We like it because we get window views. Both times there was no internet. The second time there was also no hot water. We have found a different place to stay. It's too bad because we love the staff and the courtyard is very nice.

Rooms were great only problem was we were traveling with a baby and family and our rooms were so far apart. Each rooms were on opposite side of the property. Front desk lady on the older side with glasses was so rude not just to me and my family but to other families as well. We wanted to change room and we knew there will be a fee of any kind willing to pay that fee but she said it’s not possible and no no no was always her answer basically telling us to shut up. That lady should not be in front desk from how her attitude was but her service was HORRIBLE!
