With our itinerary, we arrived fairly late at night & left early so didn’t experience much of the hotel other than check in & our room. However, the check in process was very smooth & the room was neat, clean & we would stay again

We stayed here with our hockey team for the weekend. It was nice. The pool area needs better sound control, it is hard to even be in there when there are a ton of people there. The water wasn't hot in the rooms and the lack of lotions and the usual hotel items you get for the bathroom was a bummer. Beds were not comfortable to me, but my family didn't mind them. The cards to the rooms are really finicky, so don't let them touch literally anything that can deactivate them. The breakfast, lounge area, staff and basically everything else was great. It is close to Penn State, to a ton of shopping and places to eat, as well as a few places right on the other side of the parking lot. 12pm checkout was great. We would stay again!

Got up for breakfast at 6;30. Already out of coffee and breakfast line a mile long at out of food.

Stay was fine. Staff is friendly here. Room was clean. Had to figure out why the air conditioner was not blowing cool air. Instructions said it was controlled by the wall thermostat, which was true, but the instructions didn't indicate that the wall air conditioning unit controlled the blower speed. I thought it was broken, but I figured it out, but the hotel might want to tweak the instructions. Usually stay here. Would recommend.

Hotel had no power, it was late, couldn’t check in, booking was non refundable. Had to get another hotel room and still haven’t received a refund.

Overall place was clean, stayed here a few times. Hot breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Beds were pretty hard and like most hotel room air it is very dry when heat kicks on. Conveniently located next to Otto's and Barrel 21

Will definitely stay there again. Only thing that would make it better is outside area in the front to sit. Great breakfast!

I gave my card to keep on file and chose to pay at the hotel. When I checked in, I told the manager I was paying cash, he told me it was good that I told him. Not sure what that meant, the card on file has a very high limit and no balance, so either way it was never an issue. I check out the next day, they charged my card $420 for the day I checked in and another $430 for the day I checked out. I also paid at checkout $420 cash!!! The next day the women tells me that the manager forgot what room number I was and that everything is just pending. WRONG!!! They swept the card twice. I called the next day9today) and was told the manager would be calling me at 9am. WRONG!!! No call. I called myself and got the customer service who told me that maybe it will get back to me after a few days and that I needed to open a case??? I told I wanted to speak with the manager that made this mess and was hung up on by customer service. All Penn State workers, Alum, family and friends stay far away from Marriott properties in town unless you want a great weekend of watching football and being with your kids to turned into an unnecessary unhospitable and financial mess. BBB will be notified next as well as all Penn State bulletin boards. This place is unprofessional and there are a ton of other options to go to, and cheaper. They had multiple times to fix but this market is just not for them What a disaster. You've been warned.
