Don't book with this hotel we are given our refund back my family got into accident 2 hour after booking and the hotel cruelly don't accept our refund request imagine just 2 hour after booking.here already can see that the hotel only priorities profit more that it customers

Stay here only if you need to go Tok Bali supply base and need a sleep for the night. If not just forget it.

Tempat sangat teruk, saya sampai pada waktu malam, ada penjaga yang menerima kehadiran saya. Setelah jam 11 malam saya ada keperluan untuk keluar dari hotel. Hotel pintu dikunci, pintu reception pun di kunci. Harus keluar melalui dari pintu belakang yang seram dan berbau. Bangunan seperti bangunan berhantu. Bangunan tinggal. Iron board saya harus ambil di kawasan yg gelap dan seram berhadapan dewan yang suram dan buruk. Bangunan sangat seram. Saya terpaksa tinggal di hotel tersebut kerana telah membayar untuk 2 malam. Harga rm 250. Rm120 per malam. Dengan harga tersebut sangat tidak berbaloi. Dengan suasana dan servis.. bagi lelaki masih ok. Jika perempuan saya sarankan jangan kerana suasana bahaya dan sunyi. Akhirnya saya keluar dari hotel pada hari kedua. Pengalaman paling teruk menginap di situ. Cuma 1 yang ok. Aircond sejuk👍🏻

Hotel yang yang akan ok la bg saya keselesaan adalah keutamaan cuma persekitar hotel agar tidak diatur dan urus dgn baik keadaan dalam hotel bersih juga berdekatan dengan Aman tok bali hanya 14 minit dari hotel

Good location and easy parking. Room is clean. Only lacking is no hair dryer. Scenery is fantastic with dry dock at the back. Is a wonderful experience for all of us.

I have booked this hotel for my colleuge who have business trip at Tok Bali. Feedback from him, this hotel was so quite and no body stay there ecept both of them on the day they stay. Quiet scary. Cleanliness is find but the enviroment is not too good.

距離碼頭十公裡外，碼頭的房子都訂滿了，這個比較偏遠，所有房間很大，但是似乎就我一家住客，曾經繁榮過，周邊啥也沒有了，睡一宿價格合理

Comfortable to stay , good experience , spacious and clean room. I frequently need to work travel to Tok Bali and this is my choice of hotel for overnight stay. Staffs are friendly and amenities provided are suffice.

Travel far to customer premises, just need a simple place for rest and sleep. Overall ok, hotel staffs are friendly

Water pressure is low and shower is not properly work, TV is old fashion and not working.
