坦帕韋斯利堂凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel)

很棒的住宿很棒的酒店。唯一的問題不在於酒店，但trip.com 沒有付款房費。所以我們不得不打電話解決所有問題。這樣我就不會被雙重指控了。

resort was clean and inviting - we had the large room with bathtub and no complaints EXCEPT for the mattress and pillows- which is a big thing when they affect the quality of sleep... had it not been for that i would make hyatt my go-to- but i am still searching for a place that puts emphasis on this area of quality

Die Unterkunft war für mich als Mama mit drei Kindern wirklich toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und wirklich ausreichend. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr gut (nicht durchgelegen und sauber). Das Bad war sauber und angenehm in der Größe . Hervorragend war das Wasser. Es gab keinen unangenehmen Chlor Geruch und Geschmack. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde sauber gemacht, was völlig war. Das freie- und kostenlose Parken war sehr angenehm. Das wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt im Hyett Place sein:)

La ubicación es espectacular.Buena relación precio calidad. El Check out es a las 12, 1 hora más que la mayoría de hoteles, eso lo valore mucho…

El cuarto tiene buen espacio , es un hotel pequeño pero está en buena área , está bien ubicado tiene el mall alado y la autopista , me gusta la limpieza y son humilde

Near shopping mall Free parking Cons Service (read below) The pool is not heated The most important thing for me as a customer is to get a good first impression of the hotel. This impression is determined by the receptionist's way of meeting me at check-in. The first thing I hear is credit card and passport, followed by the fact that I have to pay 50 dollars in security (doesn't go with cash, if I put it on my card I get 2 exchange fees). Already here I have got a negative feeling about the hotel. Being therefore positively surprised by the room, which is large and airy. The beds are comfortable and the sofas really comfortable. However, the TV is oddly placed. Not directly in front of a bed or sofa. Good storage space. The toilet is fresh. The door to the toilet is however broken, only hangs on an upper rail this causes the door to fall outwards.

Room was great, staff was very nice, breakfast was good- waffles, egg, sausage, grits, potatoes, cereal, pastries, juice, apples and oranges. Everything was clean and well kept

Our visit was very relaxing and comfortable. Our room was on a higher floor as requested and our rooms were far away from the elevators and no pet smells anywhere in the vicinity...as requested. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as well...We had a great overnight stay.

Friendly and Helpful staff. Great free breakfast. Convenient location. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
