塔納縣 有停車場的飯店

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

一切都很好,我們甚至升級了房間  唯一的問題是整個酒店有2部電梯,其中一個沒有工作  所以不得不等待很長時間才能上下

Good hotel but can improve on the minor details. Dustbin in the bathrooms needed to be opened with the hand. Unhygienic

愉快的住宿,因爲這不是我第一次來這裏。自從十多年來,每當訪問navi Mumbai時,我一直在這裏住。

So low standard hotel . Only one girl was available when i checked in it was around 21:00 hrs . She was all confused with the booking . When i said I wanna see both rooms . Which I have booked . She was not sure whether someone inside or not . There was no difference between club and premium then why the charges are high . Telecom was not working I had to call on given number . I told the lady to send someone no one's turned up. I had to make 4 5 time calls . Lastly receptionist hang up call on me stating ma'am dial .... For room service. Common *** you are in hospitality business.you supposed to not give this kind of answers . Second day at breakfast there was lady with so much attitude. She never gave damn which guest is coming neither she wished . Just roaming and showing attitude, rest restaurant staff was way polite even at live dosa counter girl was so good . Food was ok ok . I would like to suggest if you really want to run your business you will have to get your basic strong . Customer will have so many other options . Hotel need to look after the customer so that customer should not go anywhere And trust yogi executive sucks in hospitality
