Not a great property & ***agement is not customer friendly. They charged for all unused nights stating that my room is booked since day 1 and they have been charging me for that. So when I checked in, they have me waited for almost 1 hr to give me a room, saying that they need to prep the room. when I got the room, it was worst than 2-star hotel. literally worst (5-inch bedding), when I complained, the response was, this is the only room they have. and yet they kept charging for me all 3 unused nights. After escalations and complaints, they moved me to a different room. NEVER EVER AGAIN. false claim of 3-4 star property.

Exelente servicio para mi estadía, hotel es hermoso la limpieza es exelente la comida también, el servicio de limpieza es impecable, gran comidad de las habitaciones, mucha amabilidad para los pasajeros

Parking space available The interior is colourful and bold colours are co-ordinated well Dusk is a peaceful place, perfect to have a good time with family and loved ones Young energetic bartender prepared signature drinks Enjoyed Christmas in August, The Rise of Melon Ball and red wine The staffs are courteous and helpful Our weekend lunch starter dishes - Drunken fish and chips with tartare sauce, Chicken and chive spring rolls, XO shrimps The delicious main course dishes - Malay laksa prawn curry - poke bowl, Chicken taftan, dal makhani with laccha onion salad, Agri mutton masala with bhakri pita The dessert - Salted caramel brownie The fusion creations are interesting. Chef has shown his skills on dishes and excellent presentation Good portion of food served Quick service It's a lovely weekend lunch experience ***** with watching cricket on TV

Excellent place. Huge parking space with EV charging ports. Very friendly staff. High class newly renovated bar. Excellent well spread breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Vibrant poolside restaurant and bar.

Day spent well at the park hotel, We had a great time at the hotel smooth checking and room was upgraded too thanks to Advait. Food was really nice and breakfast was loaded with several options. I will be back next week too. Overall a great experience and will recommend all.

Recently we had a conference.... Had a great experience at Hotel Park with all possible facilities. Best part was the support of the staff who helped for a hustle free event, especially Ms. Neha who was a big support in organising the event with addressing our last minute requests.
