I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast.
I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

Over all good experience Mr Hitesh is good he is taking care of all customers rooms are good wonderful food chef dipesh ....also ur room attendant was helpful ..... Reception team was great and helpful specially Ravinder ..............Thank u for ur great hospitality services

Very poor service quality. For every food order at room service they expect to come and pay at the reception and don't allow payment at checkout. The people are rude and took the food back when requested to pay at checkout as I didn't have cash and didn't want to come down to reception. What is the point of room service then. First time had.this sort of experience.
