We booked the Superior Double Room and I felt it was well worth the extra for the gorgeous view we had from 2 large windows - whether the skies were sunny or cloudy. The location was excellent - within 5 to 10mins walk to the town and to Derwent Water and parking was well explained and ample. On entering Fellpack House, it was pleasant, well cared for and inviting. Our room on the top floor (stairs all the way up) was straight out of a home & decor magazine. The amenities, furnishing, towels and beverages were quality stuff and we saw that they also used locally sourced soaps and beverages. Housekeeping was daily and I loved that the gave us delicious chewy chocolate chip cookies each day! The breakfast was fresh & flavourful. That they started off as a restaurant (that operates across the road and is highly rated) carries through in their breakfast - I ate so much and it was worth every calorie! Best of all were the staff. We met many over the course of our stay and every one of them were warm, chatty, highly customer-oriented and witty! Can you tell how much I loved our stay there 😀

Good services and nice room. Food is also nice and the environment was just beautiful. Can see liitle bit of lake from the windows of our room. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, service was great and the food was excellent. The gardens are beautiful for sitting out with a nice cold drink on a hot day.

我只有好話要說!房間對我們倆來說都非常寬敞可愛,有你需要的一切。我們住在我們兩個人的三人間(但在最後的房間有2張單人牀和2張雙層牀,當然沒有問題)。牀很舒服,外面共用淋浴和廁所幹淨,寬敞明亮。櫃檯工作人員馬特特別非常樂於助人和友好,幫助我們找到了一個方法,通過夏普邊緣在早上徒步旅行,告訴我們巴士的可用性和時間表等。他們還允許我們在徒步旅行時隨身攜帶行李,並允許我們在徒步旅行後使用他們的廁所和淋浴來清新。我們還在那裏吃了午餐,食物很好吃!!真的很棒的酒店,性價比很高。謝謝!

Nice cosy bedroom, nice breakfast. A place well located, 10mn walk to the centre of Keswick. Great.

出乎意料的好，很驚喜！ 1. 酒店不大，介於小酒店和民宿之間的那種，傳統的一幢英式大別墅.（三層，沒有電梯，要自己提着行李爬樓）非常温馨乾淨，有暖氣 2. 強烈推薦他家的晚餐，非常非常好吃，而且很便宜，色香味具全！ 3. 酒店有一名男士，五星級服務！點餐時我們不知道哪一種啤酒好喝，他竟然拿了三個杯子幫我們各倒了一些，讓我們試嘗 4. 除了餐廳，他家還有一個酒吧，啤酒非常好喝，類似於自釀的那種 5. 位置也不錯，走到鎮中心幾分鐘. 走到湖邊十幾分鍾 6. 早餐不是自助，有菜單可以點，很有特色
