酒店工作人員,設施,食物,游泳池和娛樂都很棒。在門廳/接待區,一切都很好。然而,臥室和地毯真的很累,需要改造以匹配優質的酒店門廳。我們發現牀墊不舒服柔軟,睡不好,所以假設這些也舊了。一個真正的混合體驗,但總的來說,積極大於消極。工作人員不可能更包容或樂於助人。強烈建議在應用程序上獲得電車通行證。在您到達之前,需要護照或出生證明的兒童DOB證明。電車站在酒店對面非常方便。優秀的可靠服務:-)

很遺憾，如果您想找個安靜的假期，這家飯店實在讓人無法接受。 入住過程簡直是一場惡夢，不同的人會給出不同的延遲原因。事實上，洗衣房的歸還也出了問題。 深夜，孩子們在走廊上跑來跑去，凌晨時分，對面的服務門也不斷傳來敲門聲。房間很乾淨，員工整體來說也很友善。 可惜的是，飯店現在更傾向迎合年輕家庭和老一輩的需求。酒店甚至還為孩子們準備了一個大型電子遊戲室。 我上次去布萊克浦已經是十多年前了，覺得這個地方實在太缺乏娛樂設施了。

酒店很乾淨,人很友好,離塔樓不遠等 圖片讓酒店房間看起來比它大,很小。我付了民宿,如果我知道早餐會是什麼樣子,我就會跳過它。 從錫中獲取小切碎的西紅柿,甚至不熱,更喜歡真正的西紅柿。你得到一小碗豆子,大約是一個桌子勺子。炸麪包甚至不是1片或半片,它是四分之一片。和1哈希棕色。吐司也很冷。小杯橙汁和咖啡。我喝了橘子和咖啡和1片吐司,不能吃休息。其他人可能覺得還可以,但不適合我 電視不工作,只能連接到接待區的 WiFi 。 工作人員很可愛。

服務幾好，衛生也不錯，只是酒店比較舊小小，但係可以接受，他的地理位置非常方便，下次有朋友來黑色池，我也會推薦我的朋友入住盧Lawton hotel ，惟一不接受，他們沒有車位可以泊車過夜。

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

Excellent greeting upon arrival room had a beautiful view want that room every time i come ensuit bathroom was clean as expected noticed how quiet it was for a hotel right on the sea front and very close to train stations also which was important to our trip highly recommended hotel For staying at top stars ⭐️

I was worried before staying at the henson but on arrival all the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Beds were comfy, a little squeaky but comfy. room was clean but a little dusty. would stay again for the price

We visited this place with friends, 5 of us, and got a great service for 5 people in 2 different rooms. We shared one toilet. We paid 118 quids for service which is quite nice for 5 people staying for a night. As we were visiting the Blackpool pleasure beach and carrying backpacks would have been difficult so we requested the hotel staff to keep our luggage while we checked out and were gone out for the entire day, and thankfully they agreed. All in all I loved the overall service, highly commendable.

Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
