勞頓飯店(The Lawton)

Lovely quick check in, lady was very pleasant and gave all the information we needed. Room was very clean and modern. Pillows were a dream. We didn’t have a drink in the bar but did hear the chap talking to other guests, I found what he was saying quite inappropriate. Saying other staff members couldn’t do there job. But that didn’t spoil our stay. Breakfast was lovely. And the chap on reception on check out friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy to find and within walking distance of my meeting venue. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds comfy and a good nights sleep coupled with a nice fresh breakfast I would stay here again and recommend for all age groups. Parking was brilliant also but not free of charge 👍

Had a few days in Blackpool at another hotel but they couldn't accommodate us for the Saturday.. we booked this hotel. 126 was our double room..we had superb breakfast and parking was £7 as we were residents. Also allowed us to leave the car in the car park on Sunday. Fab service

Nice friendly hotel in a great location. Good car parking set up well organised by Luca. The hotel is full of character and hard working staff who make you feel at home. Many thanks to Duncan for setting me up with an Ironing board when he was already busy. Unfortunately a bit of a gripe with the room, not a great nights sleep, we found the mattress a bit lumpy and room was a bit small. Everything was clean though so we can’t complain too much. Breakfast was really nice , in a bright and cheerful dining room. Keith very friendly. However all staff were pleasant.

We were moved to this hotel last minute from their sister hotel. Service and staff excellent. Very polite and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room and bedding clean and comfy. Quiet room. Only issue was dripping tap and mould around shower. But for £80 for two in January couldn’t complain. Very central and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Stayed here from 29th December till 2nd January..went to the reception and the lady was there ready with our keys..Had breakfast every morning nice and hot i paid £3 extra for double up breakfast well worth it...met Keith he worked in the kitchen and brought us toast and tea..very nice man he was and talked Welsh with us as he was from north Wales to..room was nice and warm with 2 radiators so u can switch on off yourself..only 5 mins walk to the centre..overall im giving this hotel 5 star..will stay here again.

Booked 3 nights in the hotel was a nightmare from the minute we pulled up . Was told we had to pay £14 for parking . We then went to the room the bed hadn’t been changed from previous guests there was small flies in the bath . The corridors smelt of sewage . When I complained the receptionist didn’t care she was extremely rude . Refused to stay and asked for my money back was told no . Just paid for the car parking also refused that back . Would NOT recommend the hotel for anyone ended up having to pay for 2 other hotels which cost me another £500 . Complaint and been told it’s *********** fault . I don’t understand this they weren’t the ones that didn’t clean the room . It looks like a hostel but dirtier please stay away .

Worst hotel Iv ever been to . Bedding dirty and grubby from previous guests It was clear someone had slept in bed on pulling the duvet back the sheets still had imprint of previous guest pillow was stinking with stains where someone’s head had been . On going down to reception lady was not in the least bit bothered by what I’d told her . She did say she would have someone go change the bedsheets but I was absolutely shocked and angry that it seemed like an everyday occurrence. We decided to leave but she refused me any refund saying it was down to *********** . When I contacted *********** they said it’s up to the hotel they would ask on my behalf but that’s all they could do if the Lawton hotel says no there’s nothing they can do . What’s the point in booking through *********** if you’re not covered for any event. We are 3 ladies in our 60s and we were left stranded in Blackpool having gone there from Scotland . Please stay away from this place I don’t believe the reviews are real hotel is dirty upstairs stinks of damp Just wait until you get into your room . Check your bed . Lady on reception rude and extremely unhelpful .

Nightmare from start to finish I had booked there sister hotel but there was work taking place so spent 5 nights here on arrival staff were rude not helpful on the last night 80 of the most disrespectful people arrive running round hotel till 4 in morning kids running round banging on doors then drunken parent shouting breakfast so bland I needed help with disabled sister who wasn’t well staff sat behind reception & just watched I go to Blackpool 4/5 times a year I would never step foot in there again morning never came quick enough to go home the only thing that was positive is Dunkin’ the night manager was so understanding & was the only person that help I spoke with other customers who all felt the same it was a nightmare
