維爾納伊飯店(Hotel Verneuil Saint Germain)

Nice area but bad experience as hotel double charged room fees to my card without any notice, had to explain and ask for refund after check out

My wife and I are so glad we chose the Hotel Verenuil for our trip to Paris. The location is convenient, the rooms are small, but comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive to detail. Oh, and we're so glad we decided to purchase the breakfast, which was delicious. We'll be back!

The hotel was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for central Paris. It was near three metro stops so getting around was convenient and in a great neighborhood. Walkable to many sites we wanted to go to, and easy for commuting. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we went to check in, the room wasn’t ready and they told us to wait in the parlor. An hour later, it seems that they had forgotten about us and the room had actually been ready for 45 minutes. It was during the week of Christmas and New Years, so they were likely overwhelmed and there was a change of staff, but for a 4 star hotel I expected better handoff and communication. The room was small (as expected), which wasn’t a problem. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom floor every time we showered. Rooms could be updated - it was all carpet.

Amazing people!! The concierge treats you like family!! Never have I experienced this in France! They give you free food in the lobby and in the room. Was a wonderful place to stay to get the real Parisian Experience!!

Hotel caratteristico ed elegante ottima posizione pulito e di gusto colazione ottima … unico difetto l’ascensore parte dal 1 piano ! Consiglio

I liked the street around it. But the street it was on was too quiet and most places weren’t operating or boarded up. He had to walk 1 flight of steps because bellman had gone home for the day. Elevator was too small for luggage. Very disappointed with this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend

Room looks nice on pictures but are small and in terrible conditions. Not good value for the price you paid. Expensive probably due to the high concentration of American tourists in this area.
