住宿方回覆: Hi Shadoe,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. A quick clarification: as advertised online, we offer studios and apartments. Our studios can accommodate up to two adults and either come with a double bed or two single beds; our apartments have one bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room, accommodating up to four adults. In those, there are two possible configurations: double bed in room/single beds in living room or single beds in room/double bed in living room. In case of dissatisfaction with the cleaning in your accommodation, do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can address the issue, which we would gladly do. We confirm that a weekly cleaning is only included for stays 6 nights or longer, as advertised. There is also the option to book an extra cleaning at the front desk. I'm sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered and for the inconvenience caused by mosquitoes. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these matters are addressed promptly.We are an apartment hotel, meaning that cleaning isn't made everyday but only once if you are staying more than 6 nights. However, clean towels, toilet paper and other items are free at reception. You just need to ask and our team will be happy to give you what you want. The same goes for everything concerning garbage. All you had to do was put them in the garbage room located to the left of the elevator on all floors. I completely understand that you are disappointed that your accommodation requests were not respected. However, we do our best to satisfy customer requests but we cannot guarantee them 100%. I remind you that the reception is open 24h/24 and that we remain at your disposal for any requests or complaints.Furthermore, we have a breakfast room available for a cost of €15/person, however we do not force anyone to eat it but feel free to take a coffee it's free.
