茉莉亞礁湖希爾頓度假飯店及水療中心(Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa)

Definitely opt for the overwater bungalows. The beach bungalows with private pools were a little worn down. The main pool was closed due to renovations and it was not supposed to be. The renovations were supposed to have been completed before our stay. That was a bummer and all they did was give us a $50 credit. The lagoon and house reef is spectacular and so full of fish. All not motorized activities including kayaking and SUP are included. Very good buffet breakfast. The service was 3 star definitely not 5 star service. An absolutely fantastic location and go to happy hour for sunset.

Personnel très sympathique et souriant partout dans l’hôtel. Excellent service au niveau des activités. Bel emplacement. Par contre, Spa décevant avec une réceptionniste désorganisée et manquant de professionnalisme. Elle nous a annulé notre rdv pour le donner à un autre couple sans même nous prévenir ni s’excuser. Autre gros bémol l’état de la piscine qui n’est vraiment pas digne d’un 5, 4 voir même 3 ou 2 étoiles.

Les employés très gentils du début à la fin . Service exceptionnel. Restaurant la Crêperie un must pour la dégustation et les requin le soir . Un gros wow pour tout . 11 jours exceptionnelles . Avoir une voiture vous permet de tout voir à peu de frais ;)

Two star service at five star prices. Was very disappointed by service, especially front desk and concierge. Reserved a taxi through the concierge for a snorkeling excursion which arrived 40 minutes late causing us to miss our trip. Was told by front desk they spoke with boat captain about delaying departure which was a lie. Boat captain said they never spoke to anyone from the hotel, only us. Also ordered ribeye steak one night for dinner at hotel restaurant. Got "medium rare" pork ribs and told this was ribeye steak. Obviously this could make someone very sick, especially if immunocompromised. This is not 5 star. Maybe try the Sofitel instead. Don't waste your time or money.

En ayant choisi la chambre la plus chère, l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur du tarif malheureusement. La chambre non plus, télé abîmé, fuite dans la salle de bain, pas de parapluie… En revanche, il est appréciable d’avoir un accès gratuit au mini bar et une bouteille de champagne à l’arrivée. Par ailleurs, mention spéciale pour le personnel des bars et des restaurants ainsi que l’équipe du spectacle

Really don’t like leaving a bad review but our stay was utterly disappointing. Booked the overwater bungalow for our last night in Moorea and the room we got was either not the one I booked or it is being sold with fake pictures. Checked three different booking sites and the Hilton official website where king overwater bungalows feature a bath tub and a shower on the pictures and also in the description. My husband raised this query after check in and the answer was that they are fully booked and never heard back ever since. If this wasn’t our last night would have walked out in a heartbeat also if I had known or seen this before I wouldn’t have booked the room.
