My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Best resort in Goa. Big room . Private beach Outdoor swimming pool . Food quality 5 star. Staff helpful .

Our check-in time was at 11pm because we had to catch 2 flights to reach the destination. The check-in process was smooth even during that time and everything was explained clearly. Checkout was also smooth and hassle free. Rooms were neat and clean. Food in the restaurant was also high quality. Service was above average in the restaurant due to crowd but nothing to complain about. The hotel had amazing beach view and people can access the Miramar Beach from the hotel itself. The beach itself was very beautiful and clean. Ideal for families and also couples. Business travellers also was seen during my stay. So its ideal for all travellers. Only problem was the housekeeping kept torturing us and also barged inside the room when we were resting which irritated us a lot. So this has to be taken care by the hotel ***agement to stop such activities which affects privacy and relaxation which is why we go to such hotels in the first place. Hope my review helps others.

Meget hyggelig strandhotell, ligger på stranden som ble ryddet regelmessig, veldig fint å gå på stranden. Vil anbefale utsikt til strand og bukt. Meget fint trimrom, god og rikelig med mat fra flere kontinenter. Utrolig hyggelig innsjekk. Flinke og hyggelige folk i restauranten, vi hadde alle måltider inkludert, veldig fint hvis *** bare skal slappe av. Ikke så stort svømmebasseng, men tilstrekkelig, ligger nydelig til for solnedgangen

My room's had a loud rattling sound, that occurs once in a while, not sure if it was from the pipes or air-con vents. might be when the occupied room above flushes their toilet. but it gave me jump scares especially in the middle of the night.

About a 35 minute walk either way into Panaji or Dona Paula, so well situated in that regard. Loads of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The resort was amazing, beach was clean and the staff was extremely helpful.
