Great property with nice modern room design. Pool and bar onsite are fantastic, and perfect for the sunny vacation atmosphere. Check in was difficult though because we received no prior. instructions about using the App they require

I enjoyed the ease of finding the motel and also the ease in using the code and finding my room. It’s great to see over 21 lodging. The room was perfect, with a/c and cleanliness. As someone who suffers from anxiety, checking in can sometimes feel overwhelming with front desk checking in. This was perfect for me as I didn’t have to deal with the anxiety of having to talk to someone. Also the decor was so cool and modern. I celebrated my birthday weekend here and I loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, and relaxing place to lodge at.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. With a last minute trip i didn't expect much from one of the lowest prices I found but this hotel was awesome. Amazingly comfortable bed, clean bedding, and clean room. The pool looked like it needed a little cleaning but was still usable and there were some ants in the bathroom but not surprising with how hot it was outside. Enjoy the stay, definitely would stay again.

Looking forward to staying there again. North end is quiet and easy access to the rest of town. Wish there were better coffee within walking distance or a better coffee maker in the unit. With time I hope the A/C unit will be upgraded to a quieter one. I used the white noise machine provided which is a nice touch.Otherwise comfortable stay.

Lovely property with tasteful upgrades. We stayed in a 1bdrm King Suite and it was spacious, clean. Mini frig but no microwave, which was really the only amenity we would have liked. Pool was open, clean, and beautiful. The hot tub was warm and roomy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We would have liked the pool bar and restaurant to be open more hours. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The staffless check-in and not having staff to help out on site was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Having my face scanned as part of the check-in process felt like an invasion of privacy. The hotel is right on a main road which meant the room was noisy and you could feel the vibration of the traffic. Luckily this died down at night. I don't feel the hotel did a good job to communicate these things up front.

Everything about my stay was good, but if you’re staying on the first floor you better hope your upstairs neighbor walks and talks very quietly. Very thin walls and ceiling. And especially in my case because I had to wake up early, the spring breakers partying above me were very noisy, so I didn’t get much sleep.

The Cole is all about tech. My problem was that the code to open the gate or my room did not work. Again and again. Secondly, since they required all of my contact I have been inundated with new junk email and spam calls. Definitely the poorest hotel experience I have had in 10 years

The hotel was good and clean. However, there was no coffee in the room for morning coffee, and all of the towel bars in the bathrooms were falling off the wall.
