綠洲度假飯店(The Oasis Resort)

Check in and out time was terrible check in 5 check out 11. Nice resort but terrible customer service. Staff were rude and unprofessional. The check in time was at 4 but the room was not ready. They told us they will give us a call when the room is ready. No one called and we had to check in at 5. For check out no extension or grace period!

Been vacationing here at the Oasis for years now with my family, kids, and husband. As a timeshare location it always was the perfect place to stay, now we can book online much more convenient. We did come across a parking issue this stay which was pretty upsetting and inconvenient. We have assigned parking but that didn't matter, went out to dinner Sat 7/1/23 came back late evening & our parking space was occupied. We automatically drove to the front office which was closed but called security. Security was very nice & helpful, he notified owner she was in wrong space but she never came out to move her vehicle. Apparently she told security someone took her parking space so she parked in ours instead of notifying office much earlier prior to us returning. This has never happened before, so this is my one negative experience. I do hope now that it's an open resort not just for timeshare holders but for all to rent/book it stays a decent clean and safe place to stay, because we have been coming here for over 30 yrs and look forward to sharing this place with generations to come.

Always have a great time, we love coming here! The only downside was we weren’t let in on time due to having to clean, which we understand it’s high season and they are short staffed, but one of our bathrooms wasn’t fully cleaned. But as always we’ll be back!!

The Oasis Resort was overall a really nice place to stay. We got a studio with a murphy and the room was bigger than expected and what the photos looked like. There was a full kitchen, a balcony with an electric grill, and bicycles that you are able to use. The resort has many pools, which was really nice to visit the others in case one was full. We went in the middle of the week in mid-May, so I think it was not very crowded which was a nice bonus. They provide the basics but you have to buy more coffee or laundry detergent if you need them. We got a sign on our door the day before check out warning us to leave by 11 or we will be fined. I completely understand this but felt a little off-putting as we were enjoying our last full day there. The worker who checked us in was very nice and professional, and most of the other workers we encountered were friendly as well. Its an interesting mix of people at the resort as we think some people also live there full time. Overall we had a pretty good stay and would definitely recommend. The studio is worth the price!

This was my second visit to the Oasis Resort! I will come back again next year because the accommodations are great! The rooms are clean and having the ability to cook a few meals is an A plus in my estimation. The resort is quiet and I enjoy being able to take walks around the perimeter. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of visiting Palm Springs!

My daughter and I appreciated the modern decor, the balcony, the grill, and the air conditioning. The Murphy bed in our studio was comfy. We weren’t able to use the pools because of the extreme heat (116), but they were well kept.

I was really happy with our stay at the Oasis this past week. The landscaping was beautiful and the Resort was centrally located. There was a Trader Joe’s and Starbucks just down the road. The staff was friendly and even took the time to recommend restaurants. As far as cleanliness is concerned, The floors in our unit were really dirty but other than that it was a pleasant experience. I would stay at the Oasis again! 👍😊☀️🌴
