茵夫西恩飯店(The Infusion Beach Club)

Nice for the price.

Haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, als zwischen stopp nach L.A. ums Eck gibt es ein tolles Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Leider ging die Dusche bei uns im Zimmer nicht. Das Personal hat nicht ganz cool reagiert, eher so, nee kann nicht sein, muss gehen. Aber wir waren nur eine Nacht, also war’s uns egal. Und vll haben wir’s auch nicht gecheckt. WHO knows… Wenn man mehr in Getümmel möchte, besser ein Hotel im Zentrum nehmen.

The pictures look nice online, but at least for the single king bedroom it wasn't worth more than a motel 6. The bathroom door was partially smashed one side of the bed had nowhere to put anything and was pushed really close to the wall making it awkward to get into bed from the side. All the metal furniture is really uncomfortable and forget about quietly opening those drawers late at night lol. I wasn't able to use the TV because there was no remote in my room (I'm sure they would have provided one if I had asked, but I was only there for the night), also the TV was far off center with the bed which I always find really strange for a room without a couch. I will say the location was convenient and the bed was comfortable, just expected a bit nicer from the pics.

After 8 hours of driving we checked in, thinking it was pet friendly, we even called a couple of days ahead of time before we made a reservation to make sure cats were accepted, they are not. The staff member on the phone assured us they accept cats, again, they do not. The owner of the establishment ran out of the office when she saw our cats in carriers and rudely threatened to evict us if we entered the room and that a refund would not be given. She practically accused us of trying to sneak them in! She did show us the fine print on the website (dogs only) and she refused to believe that her employee (the person who told us cats were OK) would ever tell us that. I would never have made a reservation at a place where my pets were not welcome. We had to scramble to find other accommodations with my poor tired old cats in tow and left. Very poorly handled, terrible customer service skills. Such a downer to our first days in Palm Springs, such a shame really.

Front desk employee doubled the rating from 1 star to 2 stars. He was great. Anyways, I went camping with a 1" pad and that was somehow more comfortable than the mattresses at Infusion. There was a lot of hair on the shower curtain, the toilet seat was loose/crooked, and the TV didn't work until I fixed it, after which it only had like 20 channels.

You are getting 5 stars because of the price i oaid $60 !and for that it was a great place. It was for staying over 1 night as I pass through. I would come back again. Nice little pool. Clean place. Loved the restaurant/full bar next door. Staff was friendly. Complaints. Remote didnt work and lights were on a timer so couldnt get those to work. And lady at the front desk didnt speak english. As some guy kept walking around my car i asked if he was staying there she didnt understand. Didnt have my phone on my to translate.

The room was very large, and the wall air conditioning unit (2) kept the room cool. Limited parking. Had to park on the street with a truck load of stuff. Front desk security man showed us where to park and said there were cameras, and I could see there was a monitoring screen. He was very friendly and helpful. However, no hot water in room 118. Literally, the water would only run cold. But then again, it was Palm Springs, and hot weather, but would have preferred hot water none the less.

My Family and I have stay here a few times when where travekibg through Palm Springs .. Its our go to place for clean rooms , very friendly and professional staff ! Get you checked in quickly and are there if you need anything .. Love their pool area and pool very pretty especially at night !! Love the fact that you can swim to midnight !!!
