金普頓飯店-羅文棕櫚泉(Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs)

The location is perfect for visiting Downtown Palm Springs. So many walkable options for dining. The shops here are mainly tourist items but there was an H&M right beside the hotel, in case you forgot to pack something. The hotel also has bicycles available, if you wanted to go a little farther away. The staff was very friendly and there were various snacks or drinks offered in the lobby at different times of day. This is the tallest building around, which is very convenient if you get turned around wandering the streets of Downtown. Just look up and head towards the tallest building.

Lovedthe location to walk to the main town shops. Our room had a soaking tub in the shower. Didnt care for the menus at the restaurant/bars.

While this is a nice hotel. We were shocked at the number of dogs. One of whom keep us up. When we asked about how they handled people with dog allergies we were told. “Oh there is a floor for individuals that have dog or pet allergies.” So basically every floor but 1 has pets… beware of ticks and flees

Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive and the property was very clean and in great condition!!

I did not like the staff who were very snobbish and not helpful at all. I did not like that there was no concierge available. For the price of the stay the room was inadequate and the amenities were non existent. There was a sulfur odor in our bathroom (where we also were not given toilet paper, we had to ask for it) We did not feel welcome by the staff

We were in room 513, there is a loud whooshing sound all day and night. Couldn’t sleep. They took off $200 from a $1000 stay. Engineering said they had experienced problems with this noise, and we should never have been put in this room. Also pool was too cold and no hot tub. Disappointing for a kimpton.

I would give this hotel 10/10. The staff were amazing, the hotel was incredibly clean and new. Beautiful rooftop pool and amazing location. I would def recommend staying here

Had do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping came in anyways. Room was noisy can hear hallway people talking and street noise. Not something I expect from an expensive room
