タオルも変えてくれないし、清掃もしてくれないし、ボディーソープは入ってないしちょっと残念ポイント多すぎ。
ベランダもついてるのに鍵かかってて窓も開けられなかった
しかもフロント閉まるの早すぎて
苦情も言えない💦

The reception contact (John) was awkward and rude.
He raved on saying Trip.com will NEVER get their business again beacause I booked on your App & he couldn't believe the deal along with other rubbish... I wouldnt have him representing any business let alone dealing with people!!!!
After all that the stay was actually fabulous 😎😄

I liked the location of this property and even though its old it had a nice feeling about it.
I didn't like that my booking said the room contained a queen bed and a double but it actually had a double and a single. I like to get what's stated.

Convenient location but property in need of upgrade. The TV in the bedroom was very dated and the room itself functional at best, felt almost like military accommodation. The room was very dark with a very weak light

Unfortunately there was extremly noisy night roadwork directly across from our room that went until the early hours. It was so loud, we could not even hear television and were only able to get some sleep by wearing headphones! There was no mention made on site that thsi wrok was going one.

This property is currently (2024) undergoing significant renovations. When it is finished should be 4.5 star. Great pool. Close to the beach. Lovely staff. Nice room.
