棕櫚灣Vision 43 Garden Center & Landscaping附近住宿

酒店地處的墨爾本海灘很幽靜，是個有歷史的建築物。酒店不大，大概不到10間客房，也很安靜。鑰匙放在了門口，自行入住，衹有早上吃早飯的時候才看到房主。早餐還好。總體感覺價格略貴。

絕對精彩,工作人員很好,很乾淨,我們到那裏時已經準備好了,每個人都非常樂於助人,食物很好吃。

The Manager, Kim Barton, was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and fresh smelling. We asked for extra towels and they were right there with them. Parking was easy and we felt very safe staying there. Great location for the events we went to down town. All within walking distance. Nice breakfast, Kim kept the bananas fresh and well stocked.

Upon arrival we were quickly turned off by the dinghy mildewness of the room along with the very red roof in-ish vibe that this place gave off. From the 1990's bedding to the furniture it was very much a let down. I sat at the end of the bed pondering a walk to the office to try to leave and get a refund for a solid 30 minutes. I mean out family had saved for this vacation for an entire year and when we got there it was a complete disssapointtment. I went down to the office fingers crossed that something would come of it and as I proceeded to tell the gentleman that ”this just doesn't feel like a vacation”. He says boldly to me...”well, you are welcome to go find somewhere else, but I am not going to give you your money back”. Thing is that I own a business myself...so I understand the consequences of giving someone their money back when they are not happy. It means that I am at a loss but I also know that my loss is not always a gain. And in this particular situation it meant that a family's hard earned savings for this trip would be to their detriment. This owner proceeded to tell me that this was the first time that he has had a report like this....VERY UNLIKELY....as we are living in 2024 and not 1990's. Thanks for caring more about your bottom line. I will never let me family stay at this place again.

This place is absolutely great! We had flew into Florida and our hotel and car rental were 3rd party and given away. So we were screwed. So we got a car at the airport and decided to drive to our location and see if we can find anything open. So we walked into the double tree and by the grace of God we got the last room for 3 nites. This was God's way of redirecting us for a much better vacation. We had the best time and the customer service was phanonaminal.. Alex was always helping and able to solve any issue we had with a frie dly smile and glad to help attitude.. He never missed a beat.. Daryl was great also. He was able to help us w any issue as well. House keeping were awesome to. This hotel runs smoothly because of the people that work here. I highly recommend staying here. I won't go to another hotel every again. I'm extremely happy with my stay .
