All the staff that we encountered were courteous. However, the room had a very musty smell and the air conditioning system was not working properly. Room service was only available at our request and when we kindly asked to have our towels replaced, it was not done. We had to take the soiled towels downstairs to the front desk in order to have them replaced with clean towels. The water pressure in the shower was extremely poor. The lounge chair in the room was soiled. I'm sorry but I will not be returning or recommending anyone to stay at this hotel.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was polite. The room was had a very mustie smell to it. The floor felt damp. We stayed 1 night. All of our belongings smelled of must. A dehumidifier would do wondersfor this hotel. Everything else was great. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided.

The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered . That being said the grounds are in desperate need of maintenance. No ice machines as they said we’re waiting on parts which I can relate to as I’ve been waiting a month on ac parts for my home myself . Rooms were very clean. A bit older but clean. Carpet in halls another story. Breakfast was ok. Don’t expect eggs, sausage and bacon but they did have pancakes and your normal grab and goes along with juice. I would stay again.

I liked the upbeat and happy greeting and service from front desk person, Mario. The housekeepers were very pleasant and they kept the hotel very clean. Breakfast was fully stocked the dining area very clean and the coffee was great. I did feel a bit uncomfortable at pool when two construction workers came over and just sat in the corner behind me as I tried to relax in the pool.

We had a regular 2 bed room at first arrival, but it was very humid with a smell to it and the bathroom was pretty dirty looking. Also, the toilet was oblong with a round toilet seat on it that didn't fit it. We went down to ask if there were any other rooms and were given a 2 bed junior suite. Both rooms had a humidity moisture control bag hanging in them that was 3/4 full of water. This room was a bit larger wall to wall but otherwise the same, and seemed a bit cleaner, but had carpet stains and we called to get one of the bed comforters replaced because it was heavily stained and dirty. Again, the front desk was quick to correct the issue, but housekeeping is sub par. The breakfast was very limited and all carbs. Bagels, toast, oatmeal packets, yogurt, 2 types of cereal and whole oranges. The pancake machine was broken our first day and removed the second. No hot eggs, bacon, etc were offered. We actually went to get breakfast the 2nd morning instead.

The Humidity in this room was terrible They had installed a device to remove the humidity and it filled whit water in 3 times in only 1 day This room is not ready to use and the humidity is very dangerous for the health
