Greeted with a friendly smile and got a clean room. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned the next day. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

Notre réservation n était pas connue à l accueil de l hôtel. La personne a l accueil a fait son maximum pour régler le problème mais nous avons dû contacter ********** qui a réglé le souci. La 1ere chambre avait la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. On nous a fourni une 2e chambre. La chambre est ancienne et pas très entretenue (trou dans la porte de la salle de bain) mais propre. Par contre, nous avions la chambre côté route donc très bruyant. Le petit dejeuner est complet. Le quartier ne me semblait pas très sûr.

When you check in there is only one person at the desk and every time the person in front of me doesn't know the name of the person that made the reservation. So this makes their check in take an excessive amount of time. The door handle to the room took super human strength to open, The privacy blinds were broken, the ice bucket leaked, the sheets smelled like urine and transferred to the only pajamas that I brought for the 3 day trip and to top it off the landline phone rang and it is loud at 11pm when I had just fallen asleep from a long day of work. No one was on the line and the front desk had no answer as to who called my room. They said maybe the previous guest had set an alarm. Like this was just okay!!! Bad nights sleep and my pj's smell like pee!!! To be refunded I will need to talk to the manager who at 9am was not at work.

Room was spacious. Bed is very comfortable, slept very well. Staff very friendly. Room was dated but very clean. Breakfast was ok. The only thing that was a bit annoying was house keeping wanted us to sign a piece of paper saying we didn't need room service for the day even though we said we were fine.

The shortcomings are minimal. I fixed the shades in the room, but that’s just what I do in every place I stay. Old habit. It’s the people behind the desk. Accommodating. Warm smiles.

The property was average, not great not bad. Staff was very friendly. My room 511 had tears in the carpet, tub drain was slow. Just a well used unit.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. We will definitely use this hotel again
