No email until you a call and get WhatsApp. Once you check-in, doesnt read WhatsApp msg. Maybe good for those who have europe number. Water, beer was all payment otherwise, couldnt drink since there was no info.

The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel. The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

Mi avevanl rassicurato sull ascensore ,perche andavo con una persona con difficolta fisica.Il ascensore non funzionava e i vicinoi dell edificio dicono che succede continuamemte perche e antico. Non mi hanno potuto dare soluzione di riparazione ed ero costretta di anullare in loco la riserva e cercarmi un altro alloggio.Mi promettono al telefono di restituire il prepago piu la differenza dell nuovo alloggio in caso sia piu caro. Dopo ore di ricerca in strada con le valigie,troviamo una struttura un po piu cara con ascensore. Non solo che tardano una settimana in sostituire il prepago dopo aver insistito ripetutamente,ma non mi pagano la differenza di prezzo e non rispondo piu ai miei messaggi. Un grande disagio ,perdida di tempo e denaro,zero proffessionalita o etica lavorativa.Mai piu

Tutto molto positivo , self check-in rapido, stanza con tutti i comfort indispensabili, con tanto di prosecco e due bottigliette di acqua trovate nel mini frigo. Riscaldamenti sia all’interno del bagno che della stanza. La vasca idromassaggio è sicuramente la chicca, molto bella con tutte le varie luci sia sul tetto che all’interno della vasca. Penso che l’unica nota a sfavore sia la posizione del b&b o che le camere siano praticamente attaccate tra loro,ma sulla stanza in sé nulla da dire.

Pessima esperienza. Camera sporca , lenzuola e coperte macchiate e la camera puzzava di fumo di sigarette. Inoltre non abbiamo trovato l' occorrente per il divano letto come stabilito prima della prenotazione.

Très beaux logement, seule petite chose concernant la douche ( qui est gigantesque et très bien ), je pense qu'il manque un peu de pente, du coup l'eau à dû mal à s'écouler, oui bien problème d'évacuation... Sinon tout était parfait je recommande ++

Le logement est bien aménagé, situé proche de la gare, pratique pour se déplacer. La rue n'est pas trop bruyante. Climatisation de la chambre. Dommage cependant que le ménage n'ait pas été fait correctement (énormément de poussière et tickets de caisse au sol des précédents occupants) et qu'il n'y ait pas de bagagerie comme indiqué (j'ai dû payer 10€ supplémentaire dans la ville pour stocker mes valises avant mon départ afin qu'elles soient sous surveillance et pas seulement entreposées dans un couloir passant). La salle de bain est superbe mais c'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter : la douche était complètement bouchée alors l'écoulement de l'eau n'était pas possible (fuite d'eau sur le sol de la salle de bain au bout de quelques minutes de douche)

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo B&b . La posizione ( non propio centralissima ) è vicina alla stazione , e da subito non mi ha dato una buona impressione , poi entrando in struttura tutto cambia ..un’ambiente moderno , curato e pulito vi attende . La stanza piccola , ma dotata di tutto il necessario ( set di cortesia in bagno , due bottigliette d’acqua nel frigo bar ) per rendere perfetto il soggiorno . Il signor Davide gentile e professionale ci ha aiutato nelle fasi del check in che nel nostro caso si è svolto da remoto . Consiglio questa struttura per la qualità e i dettagli di quanto offerto a un costo davvero ragionevole

Très bel appartement. Décoration contemporaine Extrêmement propre Belles salles de bain et bonne literie Checkin a distance très facile Parfait Dans le quartier de la gare sans avoir les inconvénients que l’on peut imaginer autour d’une gare À quelques minutes du centre et du jardin botanique
