The hotel is behind a mountain, which means the only way in and out is with their transfers in 4x4, that are absurdly expensive. There is a 3 min path through the forest to a point where a tricycle can pick you up, but you need to call them ahead. The description in booking is not accurate, there is no 6 min walking to el nido, it is more 15 min tricycle + 3 min walking. I would have loved to know this in advance, we travel with kids and would have gone for an easier option. The premium villas are up the mountain, you need to go by funicular, which sometimes is not working due to maintenance issues, then you have to get a car up to your villa, both things you should plan ahead, the funicular operator is not always there, neither the cars. Also the funicular is not working early in the morning. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, which is a reasonable hour if you are planning to go to a tour, but the 3 days that we went at that time, not everything was ready. They picked us up from the airport with a pick up, the luggage was behind in the open and arrived completely covered in dust, the butler tried to clean it but it wasn’t easy. There are several things in the villa that weren’t working properly, like hair dryer, really bad smell in the toilet, dirt in the curtains… but those were small issues, the main issue we had is that in our last night our rooms were full of bugs, they were everywhere and it was impossible to sleep like that with bugs crawling over us, so we moved to a much smaller villa down the mountain and they gave us a discount due to the downgrade. The discount was nice and the staff did their best with the situation, but we lost more than 1 hour trying to kill the bugs to sleep there and also in the morning we had to review all the clothes in the luggage and remove the dead bugs after the fumigation. The pool toilets are out of order and you need to go to a first floor. In summary I don’t think the above is acceptable in a 5 starts hotel with the price they have. The tours were absurdly expensive, but I can’t tell if they were nice because we outsourced.

設計得很用心的一家酒店。衞生條件很好。酒店的工作人員服務都特別好。酒店旁邊就有一家統一集團的飯店，什麼菜系都有一點，也很好吃。酒店提供的跳島遊也特別好玩。

It is definitely a tranquil vacation place.I would say this isolated tropical island is one of the best gateway if you are tired of city life.Service is not as good as expected, our housekeeper keep mistake our BBQ site which is bit annoying as everything needs to be booked in advance here.But in the end, they offered a free BBQ on the beach, only with alcohol charging.What is worse is, I could find my necklace which is left on the bathroom table or table under TV, and only recall after I got on the flight back.We tried to call and message the manager, but he never seems willing to help.It was more like they think this is what happened, you better let it go not like what a fine luxury hotel would actually offer - at least do their best to try to find and always find in the end.I forgot things often lol my bad.整個體驗而言是不盡人意的。首先我很喜歡這個寧靜與世隔絕的小島，絕對是忙碌都市生活的一個世外桃源。但是我們的管家幾次弄錯我們的BBQ時間和地點，讓我們有點無語。主要是一切在聖誕期間都需要事先安排，弄錯了2次之後就很難安排BBQ。所幸，最終我終於吃上了沙灘BBQ。可是最糟糕的是，在回Manila的飛機上，我忽然想起我的項鍊掉在桌上忘記收起來。等我下飛機不停致電發短信給他們時，經理並沒有特別熱情的態度表示會好好尋找。更多的是，等空下來他們才能處理的這樣一個態度。我覺得對安縵還是蠻失望的。普通五星酒店都會非常注重客戶的體驗感受，然而這家真的不太盡人意。

We loved our stay at Princesa Garden! All staffs are courteous and all smiles at us. Our room is so big and the resort are well-maintained and perfect get-away to relax and unwind with the nature. Shoutout to Kuya Jason the Lifeguard Supervisor who made our sandbar experience perfect and enjoyable. He is so knowledgeable and presented us different sea creatures which is perfect for us since we are a homeschooling family. Thank you again, Kuya Jason! God bless all staff of PGIR! We will sure come back and recommend your resort to our friends and families.

The Beach House at Ocam Ocam is a gem with exceptional 5 star service. Even before I arrived, the communication was excellent, making me feel secure as a solo female traveler. The property and structure is beautifully crafted by a talented local foreman using native materials. The furnishings speak of laid-back island luxury and the bedding and towels were of great quality. As a person who must work even while on holiday, the fast and reliable WiFi was greatly appreciated. The beach itself is one of the best on the island that you can access by land. While it is quite far away from nightlife, I didn’t mind since that is typically what I prefer. Ocam Ocam is a special place, as are the people who call it home. The staff went above an BEYOND anything I could ever ask for. I can’t thank you all enough. The friendly dogs were an added welcomed bonus.
