Very clean and comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Will definitely return.

ALTHOUGH THE PROPERTY WAS NEWLY REMODELED THE SHOWER DOOR IN ROOM 402 WOULD NOT STAY CLOSED AND THE SHOWER FLOOR WAS SLIPPERY. THERE WAS ONLY ONE ELEVATOR IN A 4 STORY BUILDING. THE TOWELS WERE THICK, THE WATER WAS HOT, AND THE VIEW WAS NICE. WE DIDN'T DO BREAKFAST BECAUSE TOO MANY KIDS WERE IN THERE (SATURDAY MORNING).

Comfy bed, Very clean room. No space in bathroom to set things. Room door too small for frame-LOTS of light all the way around the door!!

Wonderful service from the front desk with Jeff and Parrish! Very helpful and nice! Clean room and nice city view. Close to restaurants!

This was without a doubt, the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at. The rooms are spacious and so nice! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean Construction on the parking lot. Rooms were not insulated well therefore noisy.

This property is beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet. The desk, dining, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond in kindness and thoroughness! Our king suite room was very modern, smelled nice, and was SO CLEAN! Breakfast was filling and very delicious. We plan on staying here again. The only con is the walls and floor aren't sound proof. We could hear our neighbors above and to the side. However, that does not change our opinion on staying again. We would absolutely stay here again!!

I was in room 116. Please have the bathroom toilet flush checked as the water continued to run after you flushed the toilet. Not every time but about every other time. Other than that the facility is beautiful. I loved the hotel. Very nice place. I visit once a month and will continue to come to your property for my next trip. Thank you.
