特賴登特套房飯店(Trident Inn & Suites New Orleans)

It was dirty, no floor mate, dryer dirty, clock broken, no list of restaurants nearby, not worth the price and wont stay again nor Recommend to anybody.

En general la estancia estuvo bien, en el desayuno no habia fruta, recomiendo pongan un poco, aunque sea unos platanos y unas manzanas, pero siempre es bueno alguna opcion saludable en el desayuno.

The room lock was broken from the outside. The smell upstairs was strong and unpleasant. There was a leak from the ceiling on the first floor, and the floors are VERY SLIPPERY, with or without it being wet which is a serious hazard. There also was a barking dog all day.

The vwnding machines dont work. The shower was filthy with sirty towels still in bathroom. The news lever was outrageous so there isnt any sleep to be had. 0 stars

The hot water in the shower took forever to heat up and would come and go but other than that great

People smoking pot at the back door. Sketchy people looking at you entering the building and people talking loud on the hallways slamming doors. The staff was nice

The first room we were given had an issue with the TV remote and the cleaning service forgot to brush the toilet bowl. But when I took my concerns to the front desk, they immediately gave us a different room. All was good again! The building has some aging issues, they are working around them. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We were very excited to have free gated parking!
