If my wife and I could leave a one star rating, we would. The customer service was horrible and treatment my wife, kids, and I received was inhumane as the maintenance guy forced entry into our hotel room without even knocking on the door and didn’t even apologize. From the front desk customer service was nowhere to be found or seen especially with this invasion of privacy, not to mention my wife was not fully clothed. We were advised that follow up would be made and none has been made to this point after almost a full day checking out from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Huge kudos to Codi and Tynecia at the reception desk for their professionalism and amazing customer service. They were the second folks we met (after the valet young man who appeared new). They are a great face to your brand! They were so eager to look up what a walk to the Dr. Philip’s center would be (nice stroll but they were right…. a little warm). They also provided us suggestions for dinner and looked up Latin options because I was looking for that type of cuisine. Another employee had recommended a restaurant and they shared that feedback with us. They just seemed to care and this is so rare. About our room, a little feedback, it’s not a great first impression to find hair in bathroom when you first enter. Great that you provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from an eco friendly perspective. Just a little more attention to detail to ensure they are full? Conditioner was not. Your brand is about that attention to detail so this was surprising. Lastly, the bed linen did not smell fresh/clean. I pulled covers near my face to sleep and was not nice. Overall though we rested well and the location is great. We’d stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge was full of helpful local tips and restaurant recommendations.

I don't like the property has valet parking. Very crowded and long lines to wait. And on top of that 35 dollars for overnight parking. I had to interact with staff a couple of times. So far so good except a young lady from night shift very rude attitude.
