The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the the parks in general. Enjoyed the stay.

We never got picked up by their shuttle service because of the terrible front desk who arranged the shuttle service. Even until now I’m still not able to figure out what the hotel name they use on the shuttle, but definitely not Wingate nor Wyndham. The front desk speaks bilingual English and Spanish, and whenever the import info she delivered to us in the phone it always sounded like Spanish which made us awkward and felt like we were discriminated because of not understanding Spanish. We called her 4 times in 1 hour, the last 2 times were at 30 mins and 50mins while we were waiting for the shuttle. We finally decided to ride Uber 1 hr after we started to wait for their shuttle because our 1 year old was extremely tired and upset. When we arrived at the front desk and told her we didn’t get picked up and ride Uber instead, the girl threw me a ‘none of my business’ attitude and face and said ‘OK’! This careless attitude made me mad!
The front desk like this is not qualified to work in the service industry. Wyndham should remain the basic level of service and people they hire. When a guest didn’t get picked up in a hour and called in 4 times, at a basic service level the person who works at front desk should be curious why it happens. Especially you know the shuttle name isn’t the shuttle of this hotel, the shuttle is shared with another hotel. The front desk should clearly emphasize and repeat what the name of the hotel on their shuttle will be picking us up!

I rarely give a bad review but it was not great hotel.
We were there for one night and knew we would watch the Super Bowl. Our TV did not get CBS!! My husband went down to the front desk only to find a bunch of people there complaining about the same thing!
We ended up watching it on a Spanish channel and muting it and listening on a FM radio!
Our reading lights didn’t work. Our phones didn’t charge and we had to try many different outlets to find ones that worked.
Oh and although I know the eggs at breakfast are instant.. these were the most watery eggs I have ever seen!

Attente de près de 2 heures pour accéder à notre chambre sans possibilité d’entreposer les bagages. Nous avons cependant constaté que d’autres clients avaient fait entreposer leurs bagages. Pas de jus au déjeuner, la machine n’était pas fonctionnelle. Service de navette efficace.

Took over 40 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When I booked the reservations for four different rooms for four different individuals, they charge my credit card when I told them that each person was going to be individually charged for their room

The only answer the staff knows is "NO" Must be a high volume location next to airport. Sinks failed to drain, tiny towels and don't both trying to ask for anything.
