奧恰宮飯店和會議中心(Orchha Palace and Convention Centre)

Premesso di essere arrivati con basse aspettative , in quanto, ad Orchha, le strutture alberghiere certo non eccellono, quello che abbiamo trovato ci ha lasciato basiti. L’hotel viene pubblicizzato come un 5 stelle ma, dimensioni ed un grande giardino a parte, non è altro, come letto in alte recensioni, un datato, fatiscente e maltenuto tre stelle. La prima stanza , al piano terra, con un forte odore di muffa ed un umidità che fuoriusciva dalle pareti, cambiata immediatamente. Seconda stanza al primo ( ed ultimo ) piano :sempre odore di muffa ( ma inferiore), identico triste e sporco e vecchio mobilio ,lenzuola maleodoranti piene di peli e capelli ( le abbiamo fatte cambiare ma anche le nuove avevano un cattivo odore probabilmente già usate anche quelle … e ci siamo arresi…) Prodotti da bagno già usati ( vedi foto) Vecchio e cedente il materasso a molle : forse più scomodo persino dei materassini del vagone letto del treno…) Non ho chiuso occhio per il mal di schiena che mi ha fatto venire. Tutte le stanze ( suddivise in piccole palazzine) affacciano su una hall ( con tanto di divanetti ) dove si fer***o a chiacchierare turisti indiani che, come da loro abitudine, parlano ad alta voce fino a tardissima notte ; tutto rimbomba , insonorizzazione inesistente, e sembra che stiano in camera con te: mi sono dovuto alzare più volte per chiedergli di parlare piano… Ultima cosa : abbiamo voluto dar fiducia al ristorante dell’ hotel : discutibile e datato l’arredamento anche qui ma la cosa più triste è che ci è stato servito ( con gentilezza, lo ammetto) un prodotto industriale pronto da scongelare, riscaldare, e servire…. Disponibilità del personale (improvvisato) a parte ( che purtroppo da sola non basta), mi dispiace dirlo, è stato il peggior albergo ( e la peggior esperienza ) che abbiamo provato in 20 gg in India…

Une chambre avec tout le confort dont une salle de bain avec patio privatif... des espaces collectifs immenses ... un hall d'accueil hollywoodien... un restaurant avec un vaste choix et un personnel nombreux et à l'écoute... bref nous reviendrons...

In questo hotel si ha la sensazione di andare indietro nel tempo e tornare ai piaceri delle corti dei maharaja. Le stanze sono ampie e ben arredate, il bagno invece è un pò vecchiotto e andrebbe rimordernato. L'atmosfera che però si respira uscendo dalla camera è fantastica, di grande pace e riservatezza, sia al mattino che alla sera. Bella la piscina a disposizione degli ospiti.

Un grand hôtel "à l'occidental", prévu pour recevoir des conventions, mais surtout des mariages. L'architecture du lieu n'a rien de remarquable, mais les chambres sont extrêmement confortables (literie, sanitaires) et propres. Le resturant ne paie pas de mine, mais mérite d'y aller. Le cuisinier cherche vraiment à proposer des choses différentes (nous avons pris des fajitas revisitées à l'indienne, qui était excellentes). Service impersonnel, mais de qualité et respectueux. Reste dans l'ensemble une bonne adresse pour Orchha qui est une destination qui doit absolument être visité !

Great property. They have a hudge and clean pool, very specious rooms with nice amenities and beautiful lawns. Awesome restaurant food and taste I really enjoyed weekend with my family. The best part was complimentary breakfast with lot of yammi choices food

Very bad experience. No where hospitable. I visited with my family of 6 persons for 2 nights. On breakfast I wanted to take parathas for my 7 year old daughter in room. They said I can take it but refused to give me a foil so that it stays warm. They said we r not allowed to give foil paper. In afternoon we were having lunch in the restaurant and asked if we can have a bowl of simple kichdi on complimentary basis for my 1 year old daughter. The staff at restaurant just refused that complimentary baby food not allowed for infants. I couldn’t believe they said that. Sorry but this hotel doesn’t know the meaning of word HOSPITALITY.

superb hotel very clean. staff is ery polite and helpful. we didnt stay but had lunch. food was outstanding. i strogly suggest this one is the best in orchha except small one inside the palace sheesh mahal. superb hotel.

The place is beautiful but the rooms are dirty. We reached at night and the room was allotted in krishna wing. The view was great but the room was dirty, the tea cups and all utensils were unkempt . The service is slow but the food delicious. Overall nice experience

Extremely well maintained. Foods are very good. Staffs are very cordial . Each and every services are world class. Rooms are full of amenities . Pool is great . Location is perfect . Very beautiful indeed.
