One of my best stays yet 😁

The room we were in was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. It wasn’t much bigger than a walk in closet. There wasn’t a dresser and you had to use hooks to hang things up. Taught me to look at the square footage of hotel rooms in the future. I doubt I will stay at a Tru hotel in the future.

Our stay was just ok. Room was small and cramped, beds were too hard, no coffee maker or microwave. Service was good and room was pretty clean. Breakfast was marginal. We would not choose tru again.

The staff was very helpful and so friendly! The breakfast was great as well! Typically the free breakfast choices are gross, but not here!!!

Because I have arthritis in my hands, the squeeze bottles of soap were hard for me to use. I was delighted there was fresh hot coffee at 4:00 AM in the lobby. Also appreciated the free water at check-in.

This was a great one night stay!! Easy, friendly check in. Clean, QUIET room…even though we were next to the elevator….we didn’t hear ANY noise! Nice breakfast…great on/off entrance to Rt 26.

New, clean, comfortable. First time staying at a TRU. Rooms were a little smaller than I expected.

we were headed to a funeral in Jacksonville and stayed overnight. It was very comforting to check in, sleep in a comfortable bed, grab some breakfast and excellent coffee and drive on

Are stay was very nice. Staff very friendly, facility very clean . When we were ready to leave our car would not start. The maintenance man gave us a jump so we could get on are way to purchase new battery. Thank you everyone at Tru Hotel!

Always a fantastic stay at Tru. Love the cleanliness of the rooms, the beds and the no frills deco.

i had a great checkin and faith from the front desk is so kind! everyone has been very nice and helpful and the room was very tidy!

Staff was very professional and friendly. My first pick when I am visiting home.

Love this hotel. Only issue was the toilet was clogged and there wasn't a plunger. I did let them know at check out. We didn't use the toilet as they have restrooms down the hall. The room was comfortable and clean. Shower was great!
