Bed frames were dusty when the mattress slide a bit . But the rest was good

Great stay the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful we will definitely stay here again.

Concenient to a number of restaurants and very helpful staff. Luggage carts corrale by staff for use in the morning.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff. I didn’t like the idea of no microwave in the room and the ass only for room cleaning. I’d like my room to be clean every day.

The room was small,couldn’t hardly get on the one side to pull the covers up! No closet or drawer space not to my liking . If you sat in chair at the desk you had to contend with the air blowing on you, because the size and layout of room you couldn’t move chair elsewhere. No where close to the shower to hang towel when getting out of shower! Coffee too strong. Pillows were terrible. Staff was friendly! For a new hotel did not expect to see dirt in the corners. Only one elevator was working. Will not be staying at this line of hotels again!

Great stay at Tru. Room is small but excellent. Great supportive bed. Nice shower with great water pressure. Modern decor and a great view of the lake by the outlets

I would probably rate it a 9/10. Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was actually very good. They have an automated pancake maker that you wave your hand in front of which was pretty cool. My only complaint would be the first girl that we dealt with up front wasn’t the most friendly. Check in was supposed to be at 3 and we couldn’t get our room until a little after 4.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, the room was clean an quiet, and there was great food all around. I have literally no complaints.

The room was a little small for the price. There was no breakfast the last day. What was up with that??? The staff was all very nice.

Stayed 1 night. First room assigned the mattress needed cleaning. The front desk was apologetic and assigned another room, which was clean. Breakfast was standard. Decent place, just needs to pay more attention to details with cleaning and maintenance.

Very clean and great place to stay. Only had an issue with the front desk person on Sat. You advertise that you have coffee and tea available 24/7. My daughter wanted some tea while our family played pool and it took over an hour for her to bring some hot water out. I realize it’s kind of petty but we felt like we were being ignored as she made coffee and spoke with other people and it felt like we were just intentionally forgotten. She was on her phone when my daughter initially asked her and it felt like she interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone. Very rude and bad customer service. The same lady was at the desk when I checked out Sunday and she seemed fine. Other than that, I would highly recommend the hotel.
