It is near from the Ooty bus station and easy accessible area. Staffs are nice and the food also good. They have travel desc as well it will be easy for us to book the cab if we don’t have our own vehicle. They have to improve some more on the cleanliness other than that it was nice experience stay there

Barely enough space to walk with a dirty wall view. The water heater wasnt functioning. Even the kettle wasnt working and had to be changed. The breakfast was close to bad

It's a old worst ,leaky toilets & Bathroom Better to sleep in Dorm The worst Staff Vivek & Beena, Food is like old stock and bedsheets are not washed and full un professional behavior and zero safety and My money is stolen by hotel people when gave key for room cleaning.

Our stay at Ponmari Residencyy was marred by a serious room key mishap, unprofessional staff behavior, and inadequate amenities. The hotel’s disregard for guest privacy and security, coupled with the lack of basic provisions, made our experience far from satisfactory. Despite its 3-star rating and high price, the service did not meet acceptable standards.

I regret to say that my experience at Ponmari Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff member's behavior towards my family was utterly disgraceful. Despite not using a utensil, we were subjected to unwarranted shouting and humiliation as if we were servants. Despite prepaying for everything, including exorbitantly priced meals, we were made to feel like criminals over a mere 400 rupees utensil. What's worse is that our innocent autistic child was wrongly blamed for the incident, adding insult to injury. Our hard-earned money, totaling almost 20,000 rupees, was wasted on a hotel that lacks basic decency and respect for its guests. I vow to take this matter to the consumer court and involve the authorities, ensuring that no other family has to endure such deplorable treatment. Avoid Ponmari Hotel at all costs unless you enjoy being mistreated and humiliated.

We had a one night stay and rooms are very clean. Beds are clean and neat no stains at all. Very comfy bed and spacious. Restaurant provides good quality breakfast and amazing service provided by staff. Cleaning staff are on time and are doing an excellent job with house keeping. We had a very good experienced at Ponmari Hotel very relaxed and comfortable.

Staffs are very cooperative and polite. View from the room was a delight to wake up to every morning. Room service was very nice. Breakfast spread was enough to fuel us for the entire day. Overall it was a memorable stay.

I am Suresh Kumar came from coimbatore with family for 2nights and 3days trip . We had very good time in hotel Ponmari Residency. We would recommend this hotel to family accommodation. Rooms were clean and Hotel restaurant is clean and good taste. Enjoy your ooty trip with pleasent stay at Ponmari.
