酒店位置good......Common區域維護得很好 但是房間沒有像網站照片上反映的那樣....餐廳不好***年長雖然工作人員很好但我覺得有很多改進的餘地。...自助早餐不錯....Biryani味道不錯....食物一般不錯...結賬時要等30多分鐘酒店工作人員從房間轉移行李.....上面提到的價格差異很大trip.com和直接用hotel.....Trip.com對同一個特權套房來說少了....

I've stayed here during the first week of may and though this is not one of the best stays in ooty, there's nothing serious to complain. I've paid for 3 days and that's a bit much for this hotel. However it was the peak season so almost all the hotels are over priced at this point of time. The rooms were neat and over all hotel is maintained well. 24 hrs hot water facility is available. Road leading to the hotel is narrow and parking is very congested. I suggest not to prefer this if you are coming in own vehicles. Room service and restaurant could do better. It will take 15 mins walk, mostly flat surface except near the stay, to the market area where you have a couple of good restaurants and other shops. Overall it's a 3. 5/5 kind of stay.

Nice place to stay for a vacation. Very good ambience. Staffs are very friendly.

It was great holiday, very relaxing stay and people are very warm welcoming and always ready to help. We opted to enjoy the property more..instead of sightseeing Spa was very very nice.. awesome Food was delicious and we also enjoyed the fireplace in the rooms very cozy Thank you Savoy

Hi there, I just wanted to say that I had a lovely stay at your hotel for 3 days. The staff at the reception was excellent, the food was tasty, and the service was quick. Special thanks to Mr. Dinesh for help during my stay. the location of your hotel very convenient for accessing various places. The reception staff was helpful in arranging a local tour for me, and the security guard seemed very attentive. Additionally, Mr. Pradip from the booking sector provided excellent assistance and even offered me a better rate for extending my stay. Thank you for the great service! See you soon I suggest that increasing kids activities at the hotel could encourage guests to extend their stays. Adding more fun game options for children could make their time here even more enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing some exciting changes!

I chose garden manor as we didn't get a room in our usual hotel. But we weren't disappointed and the service and rooms were super clean and the location was also at a great place, nearby botanical garden. Loved the way the hotel management treated us. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to this hotel.

One of the best resorts in Ooty. Before starting my detailed review, a very high level review - Ooty is a beautiful hill station, but in a highly commercialised hill station like Ooty, getting a panoramic & peaceful place is really challenging. In my past 2 visits I was staying in other resorts near Ooty lake where the view was though good but somehow I was missing the hill station feel. But this resort really made my trip enjoyable. Reached the resort around 5pm, our Valley view room was ready & in reception staffs were professional & friendly. Within a minute they completed our check in. Room : spacious & clean room ( geyser, room heater, kettle, mini fridge etc available). We booked for valley view room & view from the room was mesmerising. If they would have planned for a balcony in valley view room, that View : Ketty valley view was mesmerising, full of clouds and a wide variety of plantations. On day 2 we enjoyed the sunrise ( if you are staying here, don’t miss the sunrise view ). On day 3 it was full cloudy, a short morning walk in clouds with singing birds and beautiful flowers was super refreshing. Food : Now coming to the best part of our stay. A big shout out for Mr Ranjan ( the chef ). He personally was checking with all guests on dinner/ breakfast menu. On day 1 we ordered nonveg food which was really yummy. On 2nd day Mr Ranjan asked us what we want for dinner, we ordered veg food ( jeera rice, aloo jeera, mushroom 65, naan, dal fry , masala papad & raita ), he made the best veg food I have ever tried. Breakfast also lot of varieties. Mr Prem Kumar was really prompt in service hot food. We liked the vada & sambar on day 1, requested Mr Ranjan to repeat the same on day 2. ( juice, fruits, bread toast, egg omelette, boiled egg, upma, poha, aloo paratha, dosa, vada, idli, poori, aloo sabji, sambar , chutney etc ) I am not sure what else I missed in my review, but in short, my third trip I highly enjoyed because of this resort. I will definitely visit this resort again. A highly recommended place. Few pics are attached for reference. Thanks for reading !
