奧馬哈英迪格飯店(Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown)

A little pricey but loved our stay, beautiful room and good service

Good location and clear room

Very cute hotel. The speak easy was so much fun and had excellent and unique drinks. Room was clean and we had what we needed. This is a place for those who aren’t used to having great amenities - it looks great, really pretty design and large room and bathroom. lacks some conveniences like hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. also the bedside lamps only stay on with the overhead lights. Quite annoying. Otherwise a good place to stay.

I am so disappointed with Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown and my one night there! (Even though they charged me for four nights.) Upon arrival I was so excited to stay at the Hotel Indigo after reading the reviews, seeing the pictures online, and reading about some of the amenities they offer. Once we got to our room one thing I noticed was how loud the traffic outside was from inside our room, but thought it wouldn’t be so bad by the time we went to sleep but I was so wrong. I didn’t even sleep that night due to how unbelievably noisy it was plus, we had two neon lights blasting into our room from outside the hotel. (Both were signs for the hotel- Even with their “blackout” broken curtains we could still see the lights.) Room 210 There was also paint peeling from the ceiling right above our bed, the TV didn’t work, there is no restaurant, I had to use stairs to get to our room, and the Internet was awful; which is a huge issue when I needed to work. The next morning my husband went down to the front desk to explain how unhappy we were about our first nights stay and she told him she understood and would be happy to refund us for the remainder of the three nights. (She even explained how we had to call ******* for the refund.) I booked us another room somewhere else from the remainder of our stay in Omaha and found out two days later that they lied and got an email from ******* saying they now will NOT give us a refund!! I can’t believe how unprofessional and misleading!

They said they had an airport shuttle available 24 hours a day but it actually stops at 11pm. When I wanted to use the shuttle to return to the hotel at the end of my stay they told me it was out of service.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff were all so nice and accommodating! The hotel is so cute and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great history in this building. I look forward to visiting again when the on-site restaurant opens.
