SANDALS BARBADOS Arrived for 14 days holiday 8th feb room ok noproblems.THE restraunts some have to be booked in advance others you can just turn up managed to get most of the ones we wanted to go to booked on the first day.The standard fair but not the best the beakfast choice ok.One night we had nothing booked so went at 7 in the evening we evaentually got our meal at 10 o clock and it was cold 2 nights later one and a half hour wait just to get a table not too happy are they bothred no not really. Sunbeds on the beach if you are happy to get up at 6 o clock in the morning you can get one the rest of the day they all have towells on and in use supposedly.Sandals need to get on these problems and sort them there were a lot of unhappy british people who had paid a lot of money for their holiday.The staff on the whole are fine there was the odd one who could of done with a slap for his attitude,THE Next thin g goin home we had to be out of the room by 11 o cock thr flight time 9 10 at night you get a locker to use keep the room longer no chance then the pick up time to the airport 5 o clock flght not taking off till 9 10 just not good at all Would i go back to this resort no

🤬service atroce, lit extrêmement dur tres très inconfortable mais vraiment intense. Pour dejeuner prevoir un long temps d’attente en fait pour pratiquement n’importe quoi a manger prevoir bcp de temps . Nourriture bien sans etre exceptionnel site tres beau et plage tres belle le service est tellement déficient que le prix en vaut absolument pas la peine aller ailleurs pour le meme prix

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni al Roulyal Barbados dopo un viaggio in Canada. Siamo arrivati alle 22.30 e dopo la trafila solita siamo stati accompagnati nella nostra camera. Devo dire bella con tutti i confort e vasca da bagno sul terrazzo. Eravano al secondo piano e si affacciava direttamente sulla piscina con tutto il giardino e le palme, vicino alla pasticceria Paris per intenderci. RRistoranti abbiamo cenato 4 sere al sushi e ed era veramente buono un saluto particolare a TRISHA e allo chef che avevano sempre un sorriso e una cordialità pazzesca. Il BOMBAY quello indiano un dramma perché seppur il cibo era buono abbiamo aspettato ben 2 ore tant'è che c'è ne stavamo andando, infatti mai più andati. Ottimo anche il ristorante Mediterraneo che si trova al SANDALS ROYAL e si trova sulla spiaggia. Bello il ROOF TOP con piscina del SANDALS ROYAL, unico punto da dove è possibile vedere il tramonto dato che il resort è purtroppo in una posizione dove non si vede il tramonto sul mare. Siamo stati 2 sere e abbiamo mangiato le aragoste più buone di sempre. Abbiamo pranzato sempre al mediterraneo per 2 volte e il pesce è le portate erano sempre buone. Ottimo sempre al SANDALS ROYAL il negozio dove Donuts che erano eccezionali e per dirlo mio marito che non è amte dei dolci! Idem il gelato del Paris al Sandals Barbados diventato la nostra tappa fissa della sera. Di sera c'erano sempre al SANDALS ROYAL degli spettacoli che duravavno fino le ore 22.00 con delle band e le cantanti erano molto brave. Dopodiché si poteva tranquillamente andare al bowling per continuare la serata. I camerieri dei vari bar e ristoranti erano alcuni simpatici e gentili altri invece di un antipatico arrogante e maleducati tant'è che qmcon quest'ultimi contraccambiavi la loro NON GENTILEZZA Il MARE VERA PECCA DI QUESTO POSTO. Se pensare di trovare il mare delle Barbados che si vede sulle foto SCORDATRVELO perché avete presente il mare dell'adriatico? La stessa cosa. Inoltre sulla soiaggia vi eran una vala ga di alghe che per toglierle hanno i piegato 8 giorni. Noi i fatti alla matti a ci alzavano facevamo colazione e uscivamo dall'hotel prende do in Taxi collettivo e ci facevamo porta a Carlisle Bay... beh qui un paradiso. Acqya trasparente cristallina dalle mille sfumatura di azzurro e turchese, spiaggia con la possibilità di noleggio ombrelloni e lettini a poco prezzo anche se noi non li abbiamo mai presi, inoltre facendo snorkling si ha la possibilità di vedere una vasta quantità di tartarughe e si riedvono anche a toccare, esperienza bellissima. Riassumendo la nostra esperienza sicuramente NON TORNEREI semplicemente perché nonostante il RESORT è bello e ben curato e la cosa positiva è che si può tranquillamente andare anche nell'altro resort ROYAL BARBADOS (anche se io consiglio il Sandals Barbados e non il Royal) il mare è una delusione e non esiste che devi sbattermi e uscire dal resort per dover trovare un mare co e dio comanda senza poter usufruire dei confort c

Les infrastructure ont besoin d’entretien. Des résidus flottent sur l’eau de la piscine. Les salles de bain à proximité de la piscine sont à lever le cœur. C’est sale, et aucunement nettoyé au cours de la journée. Tout aurait besoin d’un nettoyage au jet wash et a l’eau de javel. Le service à la clientèle n’est pas digne d’une 5 étoiles et encore moins de la réputation de la chaîne.

Si pubblicizza come super mega resort 5 stelle con mare caraibico, ma non ha nulla di tutto ciò! Iniziamo dal mare che di caraibico a ben poco…allego giusto qualche foto! I resort sono due: sandals e royal sandals. Praticamente tu in qualsiasi dei due prenoti hai libero accesso ad entrambi. Sono due resort completamente identici uno più ed uno meno vecchio . Entrambi hanno i ristoranti simili,entrambi hanno le stesse piscine,entrambi hanno la stessa spiaggia,due palestre diverse e due centri benessere. Che senso ha un resort uguale all’altro con le stesse identiche cose? Non saprei In merito al CIBO possiamo stendere UN VELO PIETOSO!!! Non c’è una location dove mangi decentemente. La materia prima è PESSIMA.. Cioè peggiore non esiste è tutto congelato e te lo dimostra che non cuciono neanche la carne al sangue ma solo media a salire!! Per accomodarti al tavolo come minimo ti fanno aspettare 30 minuti (con i tavoli vuoti perché il servizio maggiordomo può prenotare i tavoli anche nei ristoranti liberi da prenotare ma vi spiego più tardi) Non ti dico poi se ordini una qualsiasi portata minimo 20/30 min di attesa anche se sei solo al ristorante… Cortesia non sanno neanche cosa sia,alla fine sei semplicemente un animale da sfamare,punto! PRENOTAZIONI AL RISTORANTE? Qua l’apoteosi della follia. Solo alcuni ristoranti si possono prenotare(3 su 21). Se malauguratamente decidi di mangiare dalle 20 in poi sei finito, non ti siederai mai se non dopo un’ora di attesa! Questo perché se tu prenoto la stanza con servizio maggiordomo all’interno dei suoi servizi c’è che ti può prenotare il tavolo anche nei ristoranti senza prenotazione. E quindi tu comune mortale che vuoi mangiare alle 20:30 non puoi perché i tavoli liberi in realtà sono occupato da persona che chissà se è quando arriveranno e ti lasciano in attesa come se il problema non fosse il loro! Ma veramente fate! Idem per la colazione dopo le 9! MARE, sognatelo… anzi guardate le foto che caricano su internet perché fa pena! Ti puoi fare il bagno solo nelle piscine, perché è sempre agitato e piano di alghe, ma occhio ad un dettaglio. Essendo un resort principalmente,per me esclusivamente per americani quali tendono a bere un po’ di più… La scena che si propone è la seguente: Decine e decine di persone a cui vengono dati litri e litri di alcol da bere in piscina, ovviamente fa caldo, e nessuno esce mai dall’acqua perché ovviamente il bar è o dentro o accanto alle piscine… “Chissà se qualcuno posa il bicchiere ,esce dalla piscina,si asciuga e si dirige verso il bagno a fare pipì…” Credo esista una soluzione più rapida lascio a voi l’immaginazione! Non vi dico poi per trovare un lettino ed i rispettivi asciugamani… già dalle 7:30 del mattino i lettini sono occupati con asciugamani annessi, quindi le towel station sono vuote e devi fare il giro dei due resort per poterne trovare due ma dei lettini un incubo. Mi sono andata a lamentare in reception e la tipa al front desk mi ha detto che si prenotano

Hotel maravilhoso. Acomodações lindas, limpas, com tudo o necessário para o máximo conforto. Possue 21 restaurantes entre os 2 Sandals os quais os hóspedes dos 2 hotéis Sandals podem usufruir. Jardins e recantos belíssimos. Staff educado, gentis e disponíveis todo o tempo para agradar os hóspedes. Foi uma estada muito especial.

Nous y sommes depuis jeudi 6 avril 2023. Pour l'instant, dans l'ensemble, c'est vien mais sans plus. Lorsque que tu te paies un séjour à un Sandals, tu t'attends à plus dans tout! Notre agent de boyage a fait un pre-check-in pour nous. Ce qui nous permet daller à la chambre directement et dalle aussi profiter de la plage rapidement. En fait, ce n'est pas le cas, il a fallu refaire un check-in et redonner notre numéro de carte de credit( ce qui avait deja été fait pas notre agent de voyage). Ce matin, nous avons déjeuné au Schooners, cela a été interminable avant d'être servis et je n'ai jamais eu mon café(capuccino). Il a ffalu que jaille au petit cafe agin de pouvoir boire mon café ! Donc, service médiocre pour un Sandals. La plage est magnifique et les algues sont ramassées tous les jours. Leur vin est bon et je ne suis pas déçu ! Pour le service au snack bar c'est aussi très très lent. J'ai eu le temps d'aller manger au buffets, aller me chercher une crème glacée au petit café et mon mari n'avait pas encore été servi. Je sais que nous sommes à une autre vitesse lorsque nous sommes dans le sud mais une heure d'attente pour une petite pizza, c'est trop long. Pour l'instant, je ne peux pas dire que le prix en vaut la peine. Nous voyageons beaucoup et cest la premiete fois que jemets un commentaire negatif suite a nos voyages. Toutefois, je crois quau prix que nous payons, cest important de le mentionner! À suivre car nous sommes qu'à la moitié de notre voyage !

With due respect to the Sandals Barbados Resort, and in keeping with a balanced review process, I offer the following review of our 7 day stay in the beginning of May 2024. With reference to some of the recent reviews posted, I’m not sure where these reviewers were staying, as our stay was amazing. From the time of our arrival at the Sandals desk at the Bridgetown Airport, we were treated with smiles, detailed information as to how our luggage would be handled and where we were to board our transport. Courntney,(our transport driver), provided us with some history of the island and had the whole bus laughing and responding to his humorous questions and quips by the time we arrived at the resort. Concierge Team As we had booked a Club level room, we entered the Club Lounge and were immediately greeted by our Concierge, presented with a cold drink and provided with welcome information. Then Dwayne took us to our room and went over all the room amenities. Dwayne was the best. The whole Concierge team was exceptional. Dwayne, Ravik, Jonathan, Andrew, and a couple of ladies whose names we didn’t get, took very good care of us with our reservations requests and other minor issues we had along our stay. The wall showerhead in our room was clogged and leaking a bit. When mentioned to Dwayne, it was replaced within the hour. On the next to the last day of our stay, I had accidentally changed the code in our closet safe and didn’t know what I had entered. When mentioned to one of the women in the Club Lounge, Security arrived at the room within 10 minutes and had the safe oipen for us again. As we were there to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, we came back to our room one day to find the number 45 laid out in rose petals on the bed and a bottle of wine and two glasses on the desk surrounded by rose petals with a nice card from our Concierge Team. Thank You!! Staff Every time we encountered a staff member, be it a gardener or an office person, cleaning person, or others, while we were walking the paths, we were always greeted with a smile and an appropriate greeting for the current time of the day. All the Hosts and Hostesses at the restaurants greeted us with smiles and welcomes. We were seated immediately and greeted by the wait staff within minutes. We only had to wait about 45 minutes for our food once at the American Tavern. It was a very busy that night. The water (Akeem) often apologized for the delay. But when our food did arrive, it was hot and delicious. Housekeeping did a great job. We didn’t always get new hand towels the firs day or two that we were there, but I encountered our housekeeper (Marissa?, spelling), outside our room one day and pleasantly asked for some hand towels. We had them everyday from that day forward. She cleaned the room very well, even mopping the floors each day. We saw her on the day we were leaving and she seemed genuinely sad that we were leaving. Very disappointing. When reading the negative reviews that have been posted recently, please be aware they are 100% correct and not exaggerated. This place is really struggling to meet any standard, let alone its 5 star rating it promises. From rude, unprofessional staff, to below average food quality and general cleanliness, this resort falls very short of living up to the Sandals reputation of the past. Will elaborate further not only to help fellow travellers but also to help management take control of this resort. FOOD: The majority of restaurants require you to book a reservation in advance, but please be aware this is at least a good 5 days in advance due to availability. If you’ve not booked in to a restaurant, there is no dinner buffet like you would expect in a normal all inclusive resort. You have other restaurants available that do not require a reservation but we waited on average an hour to get a table every night. We soon learnt, get out early for when the restaurant opens. You also have a breakfast and lunch buffet which honestly, the quality of the food is awful. There’s no daily fruit options or healthy options here. Very limited on the usual snacking type food you’d find in other resorts. CUSTOMER SERVICE There is a huge disconnect between depar**ents here so most of the responses from the concierge was to come back tomorrow. The staff are super rude here and make you feel really bad for asking for something, like a scene out of Oliver Twist! Have never felt like that before anywhere on past trips but this place definitely doesnt make you struggle to feel like you’re doing something wrong for asking for another drink! CLEANING The housekeeping here is super inconsistent and as you’ve heard in other reviews, rooms just don’t get attended to and you have to keep calling or going to concierge to get towels and toilet paper etc. Again, not major when you’re staying in a 2 star hotel with a 2 star price but we’re in a 5 star resort here, having paid 5 star money. However, the saving grace from all this, is the ocean and sand here as it’s absolutely out of this world! Oh and the oa**eal cookies in the concierge, they are actually delicious!
