奧赫裡德英奈科斯戈裡察飯店(Inex Olgica Hotel & Spa)

Unica cosa positiva la posizione. Hotel non curato, colazione minimal, cibo di scarsa qualità, personale non professionale e freddo. Poca empatia. Abbiamo chiesto una camera tranquilla e ci hanno dato una camera sopra ad una festa di matrimonio. Non abbiamo potuto dormire tutta la notte. Ci avevano assicurato un rimborso parziale, Mai arrivato.

Décevant....Décevant...Décevant. à part la vue.. l'hôtel O pointé. Jamais vu ça pour un 5 étoiles et je n'ai Jamais écrit un avis négatif sur un hôtel en 30 ans mais là....c'est nécessaire. L'arrivée dans notre chambre... de la poussière et des cheveux partout. Terrasse jamais balayé. Portes avec traces de doigts.. et le restaurant.. médiocre... pas ou plus de choix et sale... j'ai dû demandé de nettoyé la table..il est venu avec le spray et une vieille nappe utilisée... les paniers de pain...des miettes y sont logés depuis des lustres... encrassés... la machine à café.. degueulasse....il n'y a pas d'autre mot.. personnel fainéant. Je n'ai jamais VU ça ! A bon entendeur...

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top! Je hebt een prima hotel kamer met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer en airco (helemaal als je een kamer op de derde verdieping vraagt). De locatie is top: dicht bij ohrid, maar ver genoeg van de drukte. Hiernaast heeft de (panorama) sauna eveneens een geweldig uitzicht op het meer, is er een prachtig zwembad met bubbelbaden, een uitgebreide fitness ruimte en is er een strand bij het hotel waar je in zeer helder water kan zwemmen. Deze faciliteiten zijn meer dan goed voor het geld dat je ervoor betaalt. Tot slot is het personeel over het algemeen zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk op een uitzondering nagelaten. Echter, er zijn ook wat mindere punten. De hygiëne in het hotel kan beter en is geen vijf sterren zoals in andere landen. Hiernaast was het ontbijt niet super. Het was prima, maar iedere dag hetzelfde en niet echt bijzonder. Tot slot is het strand bij het hotel niet een privé strand (zoals vermeld). Het wordt namelijk ook gebruikt door locals. Het is niet zo dat dit nu heel storend is, maar het beeld dat met 'privé strand' wordt geschetst klopt niet. Desalniettemin heb ik een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Je kan voor het geld dat je ervoor betaalt niet vijf sterren zoals in andere landen verwachten. Bovendien zijn er wel veel luxe faciliteiten die de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding mijns inziens meer dan goed maken. Bovendien moet hier aan toegevoegd worden dat ik de mening van velen waarvan ik reacties heb gelezen niet deel. Het hotel is zeer recent gerestaureerd en niet zo 'oud' meer zoals wordt vermeld. Bovendien is de kritiek 'dat het geen vijf sterren zou zijn' niet terecht om bovenstaande reden. Als je je verwachtingen bijstelt, ga je hier een heerlijk verblijf hebben!

Definitely on of the best hotels in the riviera..Amazing and unique conference hotel(due to its yugoslavian retro design) that can be quickly adapted to being a family resort in couple of days. I must compliment that the spa section with a modern pool..plus I think the rooms overlooking the lake are spacious.Hotel has its own beach that is surrounded by lush greenery and kept neat daily.

The hotel is a bit outside the city of Ohrid, but in a quiet location, overlooking the lake. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room and the bathroom were spacious and the balcony had a nice panoramic view of the lake. Free parking was offered on-premise. Although there were not many visitors during my visit (no buffet breakfast), they did everything they could to offer a satisfying breakfast. It needs some renovations

Das Hotel würde ich auf keinen Fall wiederwählen. Leider habe ich mich nur auf die Bilder geachtet und die Bewertung *********** kurz überflogen. Nun, wer das liest, dem soll dies nicht geschehen. Ob er das Hotel doch noch bucht ist natürlich jedem selber überlassen. Das Hotelpersonal ist unmotiviert und geht weder auf den Gast ein noch gesprächig oder freundlich. Schon nur eine Reservation für ein Abendessen in der Stadt zu tätigen war zu viel Arbeit. Mein Doppelzimmer war dreckig und die Zimmer sind eher zweckmässig als schön eingerichtet. Der Boden klebte, sowie die Lichtschalter. Es war eklig diese anzufassen. Die WC-Schüssel war ebenfalls klebrig und wies deutliche Flecken auf. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auf 07:00 Uhr angesetzt, wer jedoch vor 07:30 Uhr im Frühstücksraum eintrifft steht immer noch in vor leeren Tischen. Wenn aufgetischt wird, kann es durchaus als üppig bezeichnet werden. Ob lecker oder nicht möchte ich nicht schreiben, da ich praktisch nichts gegessen habe. Die Kaffeemaschine sowie "Saftbar" habe gereicht um mir den Appetit zu verderben. Wieso?- siehe Bilder. Was positiv zu erwähnen ist, die Aussicht ist top. Der Pool ist völlig in Ordnung. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr schön und die Massagen sind auch gut. Dort trafen wir auch auf die einzige freundliche Person (Massagetherapeut).

Firstly the good points, it’s a great location. Rooms are clean and basic, with a basic level of comfort. The gym is large with a good range of equipment. Upon arrival it’s clear that it is not a typical European five star. Many have highlighted that at best it’s a three, I would say it’s a borderline three/two. However, the star rating system may differ in Macedonia. Upon arrival whilst the receptionist were friendly enough very little was explained, and very little was forthcoming, we had to pull answers out of the receptionists. Not a huge deal. We came as a family, booked together and was given two twin rooms apart from each other, not a problem for us but maybe for some The room door handle was broken, which we went back and the caretaker turned up and fixed. Our door then didn’t lock electronically, again no problem just another trip back to reception. Added to the flight delay me and my 8 year old son just wanted to get our head down. However, we did have to make our own bed and put the bedding on. Breakfast is really basic, simple fruit I.e apple and plum, simple cereal corn flakes, no toaster and terrible coffee from a machine. This was ok as we had already agreed that we were not overindulging on this holiday and it was about the experience. Lastly there is a problem with the pool and it’s been drained and the only option offered by reception when asked was that we could ask the nearest hotel! I am not saying to not book this, but do not expect five star in any arena if your are use to Greece, Spain or any major European destination. It’s unfair to rate against this as we didn’t pay five star prices. If you do book the views are incredible and it’s definitely not somewhere to come all inclusive. It not been the best experience but it could be worse. Glad we came but can honestly say it’s one that’s ticked off the list and we won’t come back.

This hotel is most deffinately not 5 star hotel, maaaaybe 3 star. The rooms are much smaller then it is said (deffinately not 25 m2) and are quite weary and not complitly functional (hair dryer is horrible, fridge is loud and cools too much, shower is broken). Cleanness level is just awful- we stayed for 9 days and our sheets were not changed once, bathroom was never cleaned, chair on the balcony was full of cement and when I complained about it they said it is "just cement". One day we asked cleaning lady to clean our room after we leave and the room was not cleaned at all (cleaning means they basicaly just vacuum the bedroom and make bed). Furthermore, water is not drinkable (there is big sign not to drink it) but no bottled water was given to us except for the two bottles we got on the first day. Pool is very small and smells strongly of chlorine. Saunas are ok, but not always working properly. Staff at the spa is quite unfriendly and it is obvious they don't wanna be there. Waiters at the bar are nice and friendly, but those at the restaurant walk around like sharks as if checking how much you ate. Food is at best average, but it should much much better for allegedly 5 star hotel. All in all, this hotel was huge dissapoin**ent
