切里茲精品別墅飯店(CheRiz Boutique Villa Hotel)

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in Sri Lanka. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could enjoy the view of a tea plantation from the room. I appreciate the great hospitality that was the most amazing aspect for me. I would definitely stay there again like returning to my home.

The Services provided were not at par for the price paid. 1) I was refused to enter the room until full payment at the checkin despite of my wife and infant waiting tired. 2) No house phone was given until multiple reminders so had to climb up and down several times. 3) Reception number no reply always. 4) No receptionist ever, Chef from the kitchen and cheked us in with all formalities and payment. 5) 1 Wi fi is not working 1 has extremely poor range. 6) I had asked staff mobile number of any help if needed he refused to privide. 7) 1 Heater wasn't working. 8) Balcony lock comes off adnwas broken. 9) No lift at the property. 10) Hotel shuts the main gate and swiches off all the reception light around 9 PM without informing the guests. 11) Incase I need anything reception is shut, number goes unanswered, BOOM! Enjoy your stay in complete privacy and without a heater.. 12) Zero Sound proofing. You can hear every bit of the next door, even if anyone in climbing up. 13) Extremely uncomfortable and small bathrooms. 14) Very far from the main town. 15) If its raining its risky to drive uphill on the private road to the property specially at night, no assistance provided from hotel. 16) Didn't try the breakfast so cant comment. But Breakfast area had 6 Tables for two heads each if i am not mistaken. And list goes on.. Cheers.. 1) Very Nice and Plush interiors of the room. 2) Extremely Small boutique Hotel.

Very nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff and very nice one of a kind waterfall themed rooms. My hats off to Sandun (the Chef), Sudarshana (steward) and Ranjani the housekeeping lady who ran the hotel during the absence of the manager. Some of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed during our travels around the globe. The biggest disappointment was, not having TV or Internet for the 3 days we were there. This is a big issue and we would have left for another location, but we were told that the issue would be taken care of that did not happen until the last night before our check out. The staff who was at the location did their very best to fix the issue with no luck. I would strongly recommend that the owners look into these basic needs like internet and TV to keep the guests happy and returning to this location for future stays. Another issue was not being able to get ice cubes and I would recommend that the hotel keep a few bags of ice on location for guest needs. As career hoteliers from Colombo and USA, we love supporting the boutique hotels in Sri Lanka and we hope that our suggestions are taken seriously for the comfort of future guests.

A beautiful boutique hotel, small and personal with a stunning view. We stayed 2 nights it was perfect while in nuwara eliya. The staff are so helpful and friendly always there to look after you. The restaurant is excellent we had a delicious dinner and breakfast. We rate this as excellent.

👎🏽 1st this Hotel is super far from from City Centre. its very difficult to travel without bike anywhere 👎🏽👎🏽 2nd Hotel management is very Bad no Phone ☎️ in the rooms. Self service u have to go down for everything 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 3rd. I booked this hotel 15th February 2023 to 19th February 2023 I check out on 17th February 2023 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 don’t trust this property👎🏽 pathetic experience with hotel

We had a wonderful time at CheRiz, Lovely property and lovely people. extremely friendly and accommodative staff, and Geethanjali made us feel at home. Clean and nice rooms. Breakfast was scrumptious. We can reccomend this property to anyone and we had a nice family outing at this property thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Good Luck

We were greeted from the beginning by a lovely and pleasant hostess named Shafna. She was extremely helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. The chef Sandun was very accommodating with his menu. We asked him for a typical Sri Lankan dishes and he did not disappoint us. His meals were varied and tasty. Excellent. We were waited at our table by Sudarshan. He skilfully executed the service of our food and drinks then merged into the background and miraculously reappeared when we needed him for top ups. They worked very well as a team to ensure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were superb and the location was calming making it one of our most memorable holiday

Très beau "boutique hôtel" un peu éloigné du centre ville. L'accueil y est chaleureux, la cadre intérieur assez déco. Les chambres ont un style un peu particulier, décalé de ce que à quoi on est habitué. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Merci encore aux managers pour leur accueil et les échanges que nous avons peu avoir avec eux. Je ne mets pas une note à 5 car l'ambiance y est un peu trop pincée (mais c'est mon parti pris).

From the checked out, I wanted to stay again. Because of proprietress told us many times, "Think of this as your home, feel free to spend time as you wish. If you have anything you want, ask me anytime."
