我的丈夫米蘭達博士兩週前為我們預訂了 2023 年 8 月 13 日至 14 日的帶按摩浴缸的閣樓，並預付了 30,000 盧比/- 預訂是由 Udari 在預訂處進行的。我丈夫在抵達前 2 天和前一天打電話詢問房間是否已確認。預訂處的 Udari 確認了預訂。 經過6小時的車程抵達！ 我們被告知，已為外籍人士預訂了同一天同一房間的另一個預訂。雖然我們先到，但他們拒絕為我們提供房間，並提到還有另一份預訂，並且未經我們的許可，他們將我們的預訂降級為兩間雙人房。真令人失望！在這個地方浪費了時間後，我們不得不尋找另一個地方過夜。 預訂部門沒有任何回應，甚至沒有道歉或沒有給我們房間的理由，即使我們先到了！ 外國人而非斯里蘭卡國籍獲得優先權。非常失望！非常噁心而且服務很差。一點也不專業。 永遠不推薦這個地方。低劣的服務。 我們將向斯里蘭卡旅遊發展局填寫一份關於歧視斯里蘭卡國內客戶的正式投訴

愛它！！我獨自前往努瓦拉埃利亞，我提前告訴酒店我將乘火車抵達。 Nalaka 非常體貼，他會打電話詢問我在哪裡，以及我是否能夠安全到達酒店。酒店本身令人驚嘆，維多利亞風格的室內設計令人驚嘆，我喜歡它。但是，我最喜歡的是工作人員和食物。即使薩曼提供的服務也很出色，他們也幫我安排交通。最後但並非最不重要的食物！一定要嚐嚐斯里蘭卡菜！都是自家做的，做菜的叔叔太nice了，完全看不出是多麼正宗的斯里蘭卡菜。我吃過的最好的斯里蘭卡食物！

我們第二次入住這個經過改建的穀倉，這裡還是很漂亮。內部開放且乾淨，有兩間臥室，均設有連接浴室。它還有一個小廚房和前室區域。外面是一個帶椅子和桌子的花園，位於業主擁有的大花園旁的一個小花園中。他們還提供燒烤設施和座椅套，如果下雨我們可以坐在某個地方。我們有自己的兩個停車場，與主屋相當私密。店主珍妮提供了一個籃子，裡面有新鮮的家庭女傭麵包、果醬和餅乾以及其他一些東西。這是一間令人愉快的小屋，我迫不及待地想回去。步行範圍內還設有酒吧。我百分百推薦這個地方。

Nalaka, Shashi and Nagesh very much made us feel at home; the cottage is most tastefully laid out and comfortable, and the kind service and willingness to please and provide the best possible service is a testament to the dedication of the team that manages Kent Cottage. We had English Breakfast for the first time and then Sri Lankan breakfast. The hoppers, curries, and dal were delectable. I can recommend this cottage unreservedly to anyone seeking a unique experience

Amazing place to rest and enjoy Nuwara Eliya. The room was so quiet, confortable and clean. Nalaka, the host, is a really good person and he was so helpful. Also, the food was absolutly delicious. I recommend 100%. Thank you very much for everything you did for us

We have spent one of the best 24 hrs in our life.🥰 Can highly recommend kent cottage for anyone who planning to visit little England ✌ both Interior and outdoor are so beatifull. And need to mention that the customer service is outstanding. Need to offer our gratitude to Mr.Nalaka who managed all the things to make us comfortable ♥️ And the cheff who made so delicious receipes 🥹 Thank you !

Little England is stunning in itself, but Kent Cottage is truly the cherry on top. Located just 15 minutes away from Lake Gregory and the main town, this property is nothing short of a dream. We stayed in the Loft Suite, and though it was priced at 60,000 LKR, it was worth every single penny. The loft suite was enormous, like a penthouse mansion, and equipped with every luxury amenity you could ask for. The highlight of our stay was the fully functional hot jacuzzi with breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the serene surroundings. The room had elegant touches, including large decorative candles, which enhanced the ambiance and added a cozy, aesthetic vibe to the space. The views from the room and the beautifully maintained roads within the township were nothing short of magical. Now, let’s talk about the hospitality—and it was second to none. Nalaka and his crew went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. To celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a beautiful cake, a gesture that made us feel truly special. The food was another highlight. We had the chance to enjoy both authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and a classic English breakfast, and both were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the quality was impeccable. Traveling with our 14-month-old child, we found the cottage to be incredibly family-friendly. Every detail of our stay was tailored to make us feel at home, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. For anyone looking to experience luxury and elegance in Little England, Kent Cottage is an absolute must. You won’t be disappointed! A big, heartfelt thank you to everyone at Kent Cottage for being a part of our journey and making our stay so special. This will remain one of our most cherished memories!

We booked the “Deluxe 1 King Bed Suite, Jacuzzi” of Kent cottage - Little England cottages 🥳 It’s a beautiful place with a Jacuzzi for ourselves ♥️ Spacious with modern and antique furniture. Friendly staff. 😍 Ps - Getting a plain tea as the welcome drink was quite disappointing though🙈 Maybe consider flavoured tea? 😌

My stay at Kent Cottage was delightful. The combination of a cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and a beautiful location made for a memorable getaway. specia I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing retreat and special thanks to Mr. Nalaka for his exceptional hospitality.

It was my best stay in nuwaraeliya. Friendly staff and a super great service. Thank you kent cottage. I will surely come back. The food was very delicious too. Very comfortable and relaxing location. Everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you so much.

Amazing! Nalaka and Sashi (the two staff members) were super helpful, professional and kind to us! Myself and my family had a great stay, and this place is highly recommended.The villa is really cozy and cute, with heating and parking. Keep it up ＜3

One of the best places we’ve stayed in Nuwar Eliya. Beautiful scenery and amazing interior. Really enjoyed our stay at Kent. The manager Mr. Nalaka was super friendly and make us feel like home. Very relaxing environment and good vibes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants wish to stay in N’eliya!!! Couldn’t take our eyes off of the beautiful environment at Kent cottage. The food was great. Everything about kent is beyond our expectations ♥️ you must visit there!!!

Well overpriced for the quality of the accommodation. We felt ripped off from our experience here. It was old and dirty and required maintenance in many areas. We stayed in the upstairs room, which had no air conditioner and we couldn't open the windows because of mosquito’s. The breakfast was just ok and the staff were nice but I would steer clear of this place.

We thought we were in England when we saw Kent Cottage. It is authentic, charming, quiet and beautifully maintained. Our room was bright, cheerful and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka-a real English breakfast and all we wanted to eat. The manager was helpful and kind, catering to our every wish. It felt like a home away from home!
