在這裏住了兩個晚上參加聚會。選擇它的原因主要是它在我們朋友的步行範圍之內，這是一個不錯的地區的宜人酒店。房間大小合理，非常乾淨。淋浴和浴缸效果很好。床很舒服。儘管靠近主要樓梯，但房間還是很安靜，人們不得不經過我們才能到達他們的房間。沒有嘗試過餐廳，所以無法對此發表評論。接待處非常友好和樂於助人。

Staff . Really friendly in recieving guests Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to the city centre. Would recommend and also would stay here again. Car park next door is reasonably priced but some concession for hotel users would be good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service, food & venue were excellent. Thoughtful little spa gifts on our bed. All the staff were extremely friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Spa treatments were superb. If we had to be really picky then the spa bubbles in the shallow end of the swimming pool was far too cold to enjoy & it's a bit of a shame that there isn't more space around the edge of the pool to have the beds facing the pool, but that's being really picky. We had a fabulous time & will be booking again for next year.

I stayed at mercure for business trip. Comfortable rooms and a good size. The receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable about Norwich and where to go and eat. They do have a restaurant which I will try next time. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in all the hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s buffet style, but the food was fresh which is nice as I didn’t go down till 0830. I ordered poached eggs and the staff got them out to me within minutes. Bar area was very cosy and relaxed. Every staff member I saw was happy and professional. I will be staying at the mercure every time I go to Norwich.
