「Good location within walking distance of Litchfield attractions. I appreciate that the place was fairly clean, although the cigarette burns on the vanity top were a real turn off. I also had a problem with stepping into the bathtub to take a shower - the floor of the tub was so slippery that my foot slid back and the only thing that prevented a bad fall was my other leg slamming against the side of the tub to arrest the fall. I was very nervous the entire time of taking a shower. The hotel needs to do something about this dangerous safety issue. It's basically a bare bone establishment that offers minimal amenities, which I'm normally happy with. But... Sadly, when I checked in with a prepaid reservation, the desk clerk tried to put me in a room that had no refrigerator or microwave. I had just double-checked the reservation that morning to ensure I would have the conveniences I needed, and the clerk informed me that fridges and microwaves were only available with ”Queen Deluxe” rooms. BS. The clerk was at least smart enough to put me into another room that had what I was paying for, but I did not appreciate his attempt to con me.」
