Holiday Inn Express 奧古斯塔東(Holiday Inn Express Augusta Downtown)

We had 2 rooms and the person at the check in desk was very acommodating. The breakfast is nothing out of this world but good enough in terms of variety. The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms curtains however were a bit dirty. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well, as well as the in room cooler and Microwave.

They gave me the wrong room…no hair dryer and took 30 minutes to get one and had to ask twice. No coffee at breakfast and the bed was uncomfortable, not to mention I booked a King and all they said they had at check in was a standard room with two double beds.

According to the property, rooms reserved through ******* in the last few weeks are not guaranteed. So we are standing in the lobby while they look to see if they have a room for us. They said this is an ******* issue and *******’s fault.

The staff was superb. Everyone was so friendly from desk staff, to cleaning staff to the man working at the free breakfast. We called to ask if it was located close to downtown for restaurants and bars. It was not very close, but we like to walk and walked to the river walk and found a good restaurant in the 10th St-12th St area. Took Uber back because it was vacant last 4 blocks to the hotel.

For a one night stay, it was good! Conveniently located in downtown, it was right off the highway, and just a few minutes from plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was ready on time and typical for this sort of hotel. All the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.

All of the staff members we encountered were very nice. I mentioned to one of the house keepers when he was checking to see if we needed anything that a light was out and within 2 mins a maintenance worker was there changing the bulb. The hotel was clean. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of chairs and tables.

The AC was cold and the staff is very very friendly, the bed was very comfy. But you know what I upgrade on the breakfast options. the place just needs a little more upgrades other than that it was good

The hotel had shortage of towels, no hand towels, and the front desk did not have them. Thus sad for a Hotel such as Holiday Inn not to have towels.

The rooms are falling apart, toilet seat broken, poorly constructed bathrooms, carpets with holes…
