My husband, 12 year old daughter and myself were only booked for one night after attending a concert in Atlanta. When we areived at 2am we were told that they only had rooms with a single king eize bed available. There were 3 of us, I had specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds. The lady at the desk said we could take the room with the king or call ******* to complain and cancel and then find another hotel, at 2 in the morning!! We decided to take the king but had to demand some sort of compensation, which she ended up giving us breakfast vouchers. The hotel was clean and pretty and the staff at breakfast was very nice but it was extremely upsetting to arrive after a very very long day to not only have the room you booked unavailable but be treated like oh well it's not our problem.
