My room was clean, good location, friendly staff. I highly recommend this

My husband, 12 year old daughter and myself were only booked for one night after attending a concert in Atlanta. When we areived at 2am we were told that they only had rooms with a single king eize bed available. There were 3 of us, I had specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds. The lady at the desk said we could take the room with the king or call ******* to complain and cancel and then find another hotel, at 2 in the morning!! We decided to take the king but had to demand some sort of compensation, which she ended up giving us breakfast vouchers. The hotel was clean and pretty and the staff at breakfast was very nice but it was extremely upsetting to arrive after a very very long day to not only have the room you booked unavailable but be treated like oh well it's not our problem.

Decent hotel, dated. Waited too long for counter assistance. Ended up with incorrect room.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Although the pool seemed lackluster, I definitely enjoyed the remodeled gym. Room was also very modern with a great bedding.

The location was great, the rooms were extremely clean, the staff was exceptional and personable. The gym, was clean and worked well for me with the equipment I use. Enjoyable stay!

I cannot stress how much the front desk assistant Violet had a huge effect on my stay. She went above and beyond with everything she had a hand in. From the phone call two days before arriving, to the day I arrived. They are lucky to have you Violet, as are we the visitors.

Stayed here two weeks on business. I dont have any complaints. Great staff, great facilities

Staff was professional. Guests were not rowdy. Facility was clean and well manicured. Looks upscale.

Everything was just as it is advertised! Both my husband and I enjoyed our trip!
