莫埃利島拉卡小屋旅館(Moheli Laka Lodge)

Hotel très agréable, au bord d’une superbe plage, personnel très sympathique, accueillant et efficace. Nous étions dans la chambre « océanique 2 », au calme, dans la villa au bord de la plage avec une superbe vue, cette chambre est un peu plus grande que celle des bungalows mais plus petite que la « océanique 1 ». Les 2 océaniques partagent une terrasse. La vue est superbe. L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise mais nous avons eu très peu de voisins. La suite panoramique est la plus belle et la plus grande chambre avec une belle terrasse. Le restaurant, très bon, sert principalement des plats a base de poissons frais et de légumes bio du jardin (il y aura bientôt du poulet) et vous pouvez commander des langoustes, l’eau filtrée et traitée aux UV est gratuite à volonté. Il y a aussi du vin, des cocktails et de la bière mais le tarif est cher à cause des taxes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des fruits, des œufs et souvent des crêpes ou des beignets. Pour les plongées, nous partons le matin pour 2 plongées avec l’intervalle de surface sur une belle plage. Les récifs sont très beaux et préservés, très riches avec une grande diversité de poissons, nous avons eu la chance de voir aussi des raies mantas et quelques requins, nous étions les seuls plongeurs. Ne pas rater les excusions, en particulier la ponte des tortues et la cascade, de plus vous aiderez les associations locales. La vie est chère aux Comores à cause des taxes Transfert de grande Comores en bateau (barque) ou en avion ça dépend de la météo et de la compagnie aérienne qui annule parfois … L'ambiance aux Comores est très sympa, aucune sensation d'insécurité, Mohéli est propre (contrairement à Grande Comore)

Siamo stati al Laka Lodge dal 18 al 25 agosto, cercavamo un posto tranquillo e immerso nella natura, in cui poter fare delle escursioni e soprattutto lo snorkeling (abbiamo visto anche le Balene, direi un’esperienza unica). Abbiamo trovato la struttura su *********** e abbiamo iniziato a guardare le foto/video della struttura, credetemi già con le foto la nostra mente viaggiava. Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, così come lo avevamo immaginato, lo staff è sempre stato super disponibile, infatti, hanno organizzato per noi tutti gli spostamenti necessari per passare da un’isola all’altra. Anche la cucina era ottima (tutti sanno quanto siamo viziati sul cibo), abbiamo mangiato sempre cibo fresco e cucinato con cura. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Jane per la sua dolcezza, Sebastian per le sue capacità relazionali e simpatia, Hans per averci guidato fin dal primo giorno nel nostro viaggio e al nostro nuovo amico Churchill per essere un ragazzo super preparato. Had a terrific week in this great resort. Did 17 dives while here. The diving was outstanding so was the food. The rooms were quite nice, great wifi, excellent staff and service. Highly recommended it. The resort offers a number of interesting day trips as well, I took one to water falls, was great.

Wow, what an incredible place. Set around a stunning white sand beach, with a cosy covered dining terrace serving fresh local fish, veg and fruit and the most amazing trip opportunities. In one single day I snorkelled with a Hump Back Whale and it's baby, swam with a giant Manta Ray and watched turtles nesting and hatching. Before the trip, contact by email was superb with great communication and everything was able to be arranged for me. I'd you are visiting Comoros, plan to spend most of your time here.

I have spent two nights at Laka Lodge and it was wonderful! It's a trully oasis in Comoros. The bungalows are well equiped with fan, hot shower, mosquito nets, drinking water and ocean view. Just in front of the bungalows you find a private beach, parasol and confortable beach chairs. From Laka Lodge you also have access to the public beach, which is amazing for snorkling (I have swum with a turtle there). The staff is very friendly, and they love when we try to speak the local language. Food is delicious and they use local spycies which makes the food unique! Something very special about this place is that they are very environmental responsible, they have solar painels for electricity, most of the vegetables come from their own garden and they are very respectful with the local people and culture. Laka Lodge offers a variety of tour to do around Mohéli. I did only the snorkeling boat trip, which is a must! I took the Laka Lodge boat from and after to Grand Comore, and got a little wet, but in general it was a smooth trip. If you are going to Comoros, I strong recommended that you take some days to stay at Laka Lodge.

I spent 4 wonderful days in Laka Lodge in my recent trip to Comoros. I usually travel fast so I was quite unsure if 4 days on a small island is not too much. However when it was time to leave, I really wished I could stay longer! Laka Lodge provides a perfect combination of island tranquility and fun and interesting adventures. You can relax on the beach, snorkel, dive, see the turtles, whales, Livingston bats, feed the lemurs. I wanted to say a special thank you to a wonderful dive master Sebastian. He really took a great care of me and my sister (we both do not swim well). He ensured we had great (and safe) snorkeling experience to the point that we decided to do Discover Scuba diving experience with him. It was so thrilling and beautiful to dive for the first time in my life and it is entirely thanks to Sebastian that I felt safe to do this. If you're ever in Comoros, do not miss Laka Lodge, I am sure you'll have an amazing and unforgettable adventure!

The place to stay and feel at home while being looked after well.

Laka Lodge is a beautiful hide-away surrounded by coral reefs in delightfully good condition. It takes some effort to reach this hotel and if you are arriving by boat, please note that it's not the route for anyone with mobility challenges. The hotel area is beautiful. Private beach, nice garden, a number of activities available. The main building has WiFi. The local village is just outside the gates. Please note that there are no restaurants in the village, the one in the hotel is the only one. Luckily the food at the hotel is very good. Rooms are mostly in bungalows with two rooms a bungalow. They have a beautiful view from the terrace. The rooms are fine although basic. The hotel provides drinking water that you can take from the main building to the rooms. There's one towel per person, a piece of soap and mosquito net. You might want to bring your own shampoo and a travel towel as the towels are not changed and you might end up using the one at the beach, snorkeling and shower. Room for improvement? Our room was not cleaned once during our stay and the sand becomes an issue inevitably. Also the trash bin (located outside on the terrace) was only emptied on our last day. This place gives you an opportunity to wind down: read a book, enjoy sunsets, talk with people.

The lodge was subpar for the price you pay. However the real problem with my stay was Hans, the owner, sending us faulty payment links and accusing us of not wanting to pay. He went to lengths of threatening our safety by having people find us on the island when we have been in full communication on the issue with him. This payment was also an extra addition of new charges that were not discussed when booking, but forced on us on arrival. He is trying to scam us and then threaten our well being even though we chose to deal with the scam and pay what was asked. He refused to deal with the broken link and rather told us if we do not pay an ADDITIONAL 100 euro fee on top of the already bogus charges, we would be trapped in Comoros and not allowed to leave. I have never dealt with such a disgrace of a hotel, completely unprofessional and I would not recommend ever visiting this lodge. It is not worth the disrespect and threats we have been put through
