喜來德靜修處旅館(Retreat Heritage)

Excellent hotel, very good cooperative staff. Mr Rajiv & Mr. Gaurav are very polite. Near from market. Hotel also has amenities like big swimming pool, table tennis, carrom. Mr. Gaurav has given room at very reasonable price. Worth staying in this hotel. Room is spacious and with extra bed. Comfortable for family with two kids. Ample car parking space.

Amazing experience I felt in Retreat heritage. Staffs are to cooperative. The very nice thing I noticed was it's location. Food quality is also perfect n hygienic just like homemade food. Overall its best property in lonavala to stay n enjoy 😍

Location excellent, food is average, amenities good, service good. Although cable connection was a disappointment but otherwise it is good.

Very nice hotel, near by lonavala railway station, staff very friendly and helpful, Pool very nice , food quality good , Sightseeing point 5, 8 12 km from hotel , Market walking distance from hotel, Naarayani dham Tample and wax museum walking distance from hotel.

The room were okay, with minimum amenities, than expected and charged. Location is good, within market.

It was horrible, pathetic and worst experience. Hotel and rooms are too dirty , Bathrooms are worst than any public toilet. Bathroom tiles are broken. a bathroom towel was placed as a rug to wipe the feet. the bathroom was so small that spilling half a bucket water wet the entire bathroom and water didnt go out. Couldnt get the Tv to work, even the remote was broken. and we could not call reception as the intercom was dead. When we raised these issue they were least responsive. They charged us 6000₹ while this room doesn't deserve more than 1500-2000 for a night stay.

To start with, reached there at 11: 50 am. Got room instantly. Room was small for a family of 4. Was promised a king size bed but was smaller bed. No water in room, tried calling the housekeeping, phone was dead. Had to go out to ask some housekeeper. This was first time i heard sorry from them. They were supposed to give a complementary watter bottle in the room, that they forgot. There was no kit for making tea at room, it's not in their complementary things. In evening when i returned from some outing, ordered for tea and some eatables by my mobile, intercom was still dead and was told that it would be served in 15 mins. After 30 mins i called again enquire, order was not informed to kitchen. This was second time i heard sorry. Again we went out for dinner, returned at 9:30, asked for bottled water and a bed sheet, at reception as i thought it would be better to tell them personally and they informed the housekeeping them and there. Again after 30 mins when i did not get this, i called up the reception through my mobile, this was third time i heard sorry from them. And then got these in next 5 mins. Horrible housekeeping and management. Will not recommend any one to stay there.

Bed sheet are smelling very bad, room is too short, landline is not working, towels are not clean, no toiletries given. overall below average
