이 곳은 그리 좋지 않습니다. 물을 끓이려고 커피포트를 프론트에서 빌렸는데 최악의 위생의 물건을 받았고, 이른 체크인을 하고 나갔는데 보증금도 반환해주지 않았습니다.

Checked in with Front Desk Richard on a Saturday night. Bio hazard smell immediately upon entering the room and filthy and dirty linens. Seems like linens were bought 60's and haven't been changed since. I reckon they don't get washed regularly as well Dead bugs around the walls and especially by the window We checked out immediately and Richard said refund will come from our original booking platform ******* in next 2 days. When ******* reached out to them they denied refund. FILTHY LIARS

Nice inn everything is walkable love our room with jetted tub, front desk very accomodating when i needed something and friendly. Definitely will go back again. Shout out to Sarah ( if am not mistaken thats her name) cleaning lady i didnt expect our room will be tidy up even were only staying for 2 nights appreciate her.

It’s a great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Close to everything and walkable to restaurants and attractions. I would say that it’s time to change out the carpets though in the rooms. They’re in pretty rough shape. Over all a great stay and we had a wonderful time. Great friendly staff!

I liked the fact that all the attractions I wanted to do was within walking distance so we didn’t have to drive. I didn’t like the fact that the comforter on my bed was dirty and stained. The staff quickly changed it upon my request. And there was also a potato chip and trash on the floor next to the refrigerator and dresser that was left by the previous occupant that should’ve been cleaned up prior to my arrival.

It was most disgusting room we ever had stayed. We travel a lot and have been in many hotels and motels in Niagara falls and other cities. by far this was the most unpleasant stay . The room smelled like pee. very strong smell that we had headache by the we checked out and the carpet was diry and full stains, disgusting. Brought it to the attention of reception desk but it seemed that he did not care at all. I asked him to go the room ans check it out but busy running errands outside noy even a single apology. I have stayed at other motels in Niagara Falls with very similar price range but had the same expereice as high rated hotles

First time visiting Niagara Falls; this was a great location; easy and quick access to everything in the area; stayed during the week and therefore during peak weekend season - it can be slightly noisy by people revving the car or motorcycle engines! Both people who greeted me upon arrival were friendly and welcoming.
